Service: The front desk staff and cleaning aunties were all very friendly and welcoming.
Executive Benefits: We were out sightseeing and didn't get a chance to redeem them. From the pictures, it seems like the coffee is the most worthwhile part."

"Facilities: The hotel is very new, and the underground parking is super convenient, no need to queue for the external ancient town's parking lot.
Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy.
Environment: Just a walk through a bar street to get to the ancient town, which is lively at night.
Service: Warm and polite. There was only one staff member at the front desk when I checked in, but they handled everything quickly.
Breakfast had a great variety, and the restaurant was spacious enough, so no waiting for a table."

"This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The entire hotel was incredibly clean, from the guest rooms to the public areas, everything was spotless, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; whether it was check-in or asking questions, their responses were always prompt and patient, which was really heartwarming. Plus, the hotel facilities are comprehensive, with a well-equipped gym, self-service laundry, and a relaxation area, perfectly meeting the needs of both business and leisure travelers. "Close to the ancient city and night market stalls. The environment is good, clean, and hygienic. I really love this Chinese courtyard style.
The downside is that the shower stall isn't properly sealed. Every time I shower, some water flows into the bathroom, and some onto the room floor, requiring a mop-up. The renovation work wasn't up to par. Overall, it's a good review, and I'd stay here again if I pass through next time."

"Anshan, the service is very good. The other employees who met were also warm and thoughtful, efficient and professional. The first time I lived in Atour, it was really good, reliable and clean and comfortable. The pick-up station is convenient or sent to the ancient city to play, it is really intimate. There's a bar nearby, which can be a bit noisy, but it didn't bother my sleep. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to check with the hotel in advance. For late-night snacks, they offer congee and pre-packaged snacks like Daliyuan mini breads and biscuits. The breakfast spread is quite comprehensive, though there aren't many hot dishes. The hotel staff are all very polite and provide excellent service, and they even gave me a small souvenir when I checked out. Overall, I'd give it a 9.5 out of 10."

"The room was great, spacious, and offered a beautiful night view of the old town. Laundry facilities were convenient and not crowded, though you need to download the Huazhuhui app to use the washer and dryer. Parking wasn't ideal this time; we parked in a small alley behind the hotel. You can also park on the curb in front of the hotel or in a designated mall's underground parking lot, which they'll reimburse. Since we had a small car, the alley worked out."

"While the hotel's name is a bit odd, it's a great value.
The room was cozy, clean, and fully equipped with smart technology. The only complaint was a strange, sewage-like odor upon entering. We booked two rooms, and the other was fine, so I suggest they check room 17 on the 5th floor (I forgot whether it was 517 or 817).
The breakfast was very rich, featuring local snacks and a wide variety of side dishes from the noodle stall.
The hotel is very close to Xinzhou Old Restaurant, within a 10-minute walk, where you can try the local cuisine, which is excellent and affordable."

"What era are we living in? Still charging deposits? I don't understand this. This is the first time I've encountered this hotel. I was worried they might steal something, but it's ridiculous. The refund process was so slow; it only came back this afternoon. The emergency exit was pitch black at night; leaving the door open would be terrifying. The elevator is set up for room card only, but you don't have an emergency exit, do you? This hotel's security needs improvement, and the staff's attitude is just so-so. It's a newly opened hotel, and I think it's in the same building as the Panhua Hotel. At least it shouldn't be too bad, right? It's not cheap, even at several hundred yuan a room during New Year's Day. The necessary service and attitude should be provided. You can't just say you're too busy because you're busy. Is this the customer's problem? Are we supposed to pay for it? Since the front desk and rooms are far apart, you should have more staff, instead of making people wait while you do your work. Ultimately, pointing out problems is meant to provide an opportunity for improvement. The complimentary breakfast is also problematic. I've stayed in so many hotels; Marriott and Sheraton have such good quality, and they even offer it in good reviews. The program at Xinzhou Ancient City was quite good, and the hygiene and environment of the hotels were also very good. However, the management and service need significant improvement. It's newly opened, so there are many opportunities."

The room is fully equipped, the independent partition of the bathroom is very reasonable and practical, all small details are well served, and the staff at the B&B are attentive, warm, and very good.
The three vegetarian meals provided by the B&B are so refreshing and delicious that I donโt want to eat out every day. I stayed for three days and had enough to eat for three days. It was a satisfying experience, healthy eating, and I drank tea and chatted in the tea room when I had nothing to do. The warm atmosphere and happy mood...

For our Spring Festival holiday trip to Wutai Mountain, we booked the Huazhu Duicui Pavilion B&B in advance through Ctrip, specifically for its value for money, and it certainly didn't disappoint. On the evening of the second day of the ***** New Year, we drove up the mountain from the North Gate and arrived at the B&B smoothly. The location was excellent, just a short distance from the roadside, quiet yet convenient, with easy parking and charging stations nearby. The B&B was spacious and warm from the moment we entered. The lobby and common areas were grand, like a luxury hotel. Check-in was smooth, and the staff helped us with our luggage upstairs to our room โ excellent service. The room was spacious and bright, with two 1.35-meter beds, enough for a family. The underfloor heating was excellent, the decor was tasteful, the bedding was new, clean, and the facilities were complete โ everything was perfect. Breakfast, though simple, was hot and filling. When we needed to get to the attractions, the B&B thoughtfully arranged transportation to the nearby bus stop, which was very thoughtful and truly five-star service. The overall environment of the B&B was very nice, and the cats were adorable, which my child loved to play with. Overall, the Duicui Pavilion B&B in Wutaishan offers excellent value for money and is highly recommended.

Since there aren't many rooms, we happened to book a larger family room, so the space was very generous and comfortable, and the view was also quite good.
The hotel didn't have many staff, but they were all very warm and polite. The service was well-organized and efficient. Several areas of the hotel were decorated very warmly, with a touch of Zen without being overly deliberate. On the evening we arrived, we were still debating when to go to Shuxiang Temple for blessings. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and gave us excellent advice, so we immediately decided to go that night around 8 PM. At that time, there weren't many people, and we didn't have to wait in long lines, so the experience was also great. For us, the intention was what mattered most.
The next day, we enjoyed a lovely breakfast by the French windows. Although the variety of breakfast items wasn't extensive, the few things we chose were all delicious! The quality of the food was excellent!

The homestay I chose this time is in the scenic area, very close to the south gate, and the location is absolutely perfect! You can drive to Wuye Temple and Shuxiang Temple in 10 minutes. The room is designed with log style, the mountain view on the roof is very good, sitting on the rooftop and drinking tea to see the scenery is particularly healing. The boss is a local, sent a detailed pilgrimage guide in advance, and also helped to make an appointment for the vehicle to enter the mountain, saving a lot of trouble. The bedding is clean and soft, the bathroom has a smart toilet and aromatherapy, and the details are full. If you come to Wutai Mountain to play, I highly recommend this one, the price is super high! (The boss is too enthusiastic, has been recommending all kinds of delicious food, as well as tourist routes, help with luggage, next time I come to live here!)

andrez87One of the best hotel we had in 3 weeks in china, surely one of the highest in terms of price/quality ratio. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is a dream, where you can choose the fresh pasta you like and they will prepare it straight for you (even buckwheat!). The position is just 1,4km outside the ancient city in the direction of the high-speed railway station, so it is very convenient. Rooms will be cleaned daily, you also have a laundry close to the reception and a small gym. I would love to stay here again! (The only negative point for me is that smoking is still permitted inside, but this is quite common in China)

TAN BOON LIANG BERNARDThis is our first time visiting Wutaishan and we stayed here for 5 nights. We came here by a direct bus from Beijing and the hotel picked us from the bus terminal in Wutaishan. The hotel driver was helpful and polite. We were greeted by 2 pleasant front desk ladies upon check in. We received a beads bracket gift and welcome fruit plate .
During the first day we had an issue with the air conditioning unit in our room and they changed our room the very next day.
The hotel is located just off a busy street with lots of restaurants and shops. There is also a shuttle bus stop just around the corner. There are many famous temples here all within walking distance from the hotel. There is a restaurant in the hotel and the food is delicious and we had a meal served in our room.
The lady boss (who we didnโt meet) provided us with information for our trip planning and helped us to book a land tour of the 5 mountains.
Lastly we would like to compliment the 2 front desk staff, the 2 cleaning staff and the driver for their enthusiastic attitude and service.
Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Guest UserThis week, I stayed at three five-star hotels in Shanxi โ in Wutaishan, Datong, and Taiyuan. The Marriott in Wutaishan was by far the best experience. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a wide variety of choices and had very long operating hours. The facilities were brand new and of a high standard, and the surrounding environment was pleasant. The only area for improvement is the service. Compared to hotels in Zhejiang, the staff here felt quite cold (perhaps it's a local custom, as it was even colder in Datong and Taiyuan).

It was my first time to go to Mount Wutai. I was a little confused after reading the guide. There were many problems with every hotel. I finally chose this one, thinking that it was at least relatively close.
The whole family was very satisfied with the result. The room was super spacious and there were many original crystal ornaments. The view was probably the best. The Big White Pagoda was under construction and the Small White Pagoda could be seen.
It is very convenient to park on Dailuoding and Dicos, and it is also very quiet at night.
The car entered Wutai Mountain but failed to make a reservation. We entered successfully under the guidance of the boss.
All in all, I am very satisfied and have recommended it to my friends. I will continue to stay at his house next time.
