"The location is excellent. The metro and bus stops are nearby. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The room is a converted studio apartment. There's a stove and a washing machine, but they're not usable. The only plus is the large refrigerator. Slippers and toothbrushes are extra, and the floors in the room are quite cold. There's no place to hang a towel to dry after a shower. There's a market next to the hotel that opens in the evening. But most people there drink, so it's not a comfortable place to be near the hotel in the evening."

"The hotel is modern and clean, 10 minutes walk to the subway station and 5 minutes walk to the beach. The haeundae beach and market is nearby. And the bexco center is two subway ride. Staff could speak english. The breakfast is pretty poor options. However, for the price, I still recommend this hotel for travelers"

"The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful during our trip. Even though it's a multicultural country, communication was effortless. The breakfast aunties were so patient; they even enthusiastically taught us how to cook instant noodles despite many international guests dining at the self-service breakfast. Many foreigners were staying here, and the rooms were clean and hygienic, with complimentary drinking water provided."

"I was genuinely amazed by the value for money. For a very reasonable price, I got a wonderful room just a few minutes walk from the sea and the main shopping street. Everything was spotlessly clean and cozy. There was plenty of storage space both in the hallway and in the room, which was really convenient. I didn’t hear any noise from the neighbors, and both the air conditioning and the shower worked perfectly. Everything was very comfortable, and I would have happily stayed longer than one night. Another big advantage is that the hotel has parking. The staff were very friendly, and check-in was quick and smooth. The hotel even offers breakfast. It is not very diverse, but still nice to have. Overall, it’s a great hotel. I had no issues at all and really enjoyed my stay."

"The hotel is surprisingly good and manned by very friendly staff.The location is just opposite Busan station so getting around, going for meals and going places is so convenient.I loved how the premium room was spacious and had all the amenities for comfort.The top floor lounge and bar is a must visit at night.I will definitely recommend it to all my friends, family and colleagues.Great job to the hotel staff, especially one of the lady receptionist who went great lengths to ensure i received the correct card.She was so apologetic although i felt she was too kind and polite.Thank you staff for accomodating my stay."

"A very nice hotel in a great location just on the beach with plenty of shops and good restaurants nearby. One or two things to note when staying here. There are only Korean electrical sockets ( no usb charging ports for example) so bring an adapter or buy one from 7-11 next door ( i walked to a few shops and this was the cheapest). I didn’t have breakfast, but opted to buy something from a local bakery each evening. The bed pillows i thought were actually quite uncomfortable , not sure if the hotel offers other options. Didn’t ask. Check in time is a strict 3pm, so if like me you arrive in Busan at 7am, plan to hang out at a spa for a few hours . When i arrived at the hotel at 2pm i asked to check and even though the room was ready they said i had to pay a little extra to check in early . Hmm. Plan accordingly. Check out is at 11am, an extra 30,000krw per hour late check out. I am not convinced security is 100 % secure as anyone could walk in from the outside and access the lobby elevator to the guest floors. Hmm. As mentioned location is excellent, you couldn’t ask for better. Restaurants ( try the tofu soup restaurant at the back of the hotel!🤤), bars, coffee shops, the beach! And no noise in guest rooms from outside. For all the negatives i have said, I will still definitely be back"

"Reception staff were not friendly and helpful. Room was big and clean, and housekeeping staff were polite. Take note that early Nov in autumn they will disable the aircon and only provide heating so the room remains permanently at 28 degrees - belatedly realised there were other reviewers who warned about this. Staff will advise you to open the window if you feel stuffy and hot. However, this means noise from traffic and the baseball batting cage located next to the hotel. But I guess noise is better than getting a heatstroke. Pretty close walk to haeundae station, and convenient to have a convenience store downstairs and McDonald’s across the road."

"This is a pretty new hotel located in Seomyeon area but the nearer subway station is actually Beomnaegol. Room is spacious and comes with a balcony, living room plus kitchen. Though i understand that many hotels are going green but still just giving 2 mugs for drinks and none for brushing teeth is acceptable to me. Once you are checked in, everything is controlled via your phone. Cleaning of the room depends on the staff on the day as I observed the standard varies, perhaps a tighter SOP will ensure that daily cleaning is same standard throughout. Overall I will recommend this hotel especially for it’s room size."

"Fantastic location with excellent dining and entertainment options right outside. The casino is conveniently located downstairs, perfect for those looking for some entertainment. Directly connected to Lotte Department Store, it's a shopper's paradise! If you're visiting Seomyeon, this is *the* place to stay. It offers great value during the off-season; you can often get a room for around 800. A special highlight for me was the in-room coffee machine – the coffee was absolutely delicious! Both flavors were excellent! It's hands down the best capsule coffee I've ever had. Honestly, it's far better than many specialty coffees. You *must* try it when you stay!"

"The scenery is beautiful, the environment is great, and it's a really high-end hotel. The towels and bedding are all new, and there's a night market in the bay just a couple hundred meters away at night, which is quite a rare find. The soundproofing is also excellent, so you're guaranteed a good night's sleep. They don't rush you at checkout; they only call you when it's time. The room space is generous, the bathroom has a wet/dry separation, and the toiletries are very good – especially the conditioner. I forgot to take a picture, but if it's convenient for future stays, please let me know the brand. Thanks!"
