"The room was quite clean, though very small. The location is incredibly convenient; you can see the hotel just to the left of Busan Station Exit 1, only about a 100-meter walk. It's also right next to Busan Subway Station Exit 6, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, which is really handy. The downside is the poor soundproofing; there was intermittent noise from what sounded like a motor, and the toilet flushing was extremely loud."

"Very happy I changed from hotel at Samyeong to Busan station Ramada Encore. Super convenient to take Korail. Bus stop just a 1-2 min walk and taxi right at door step. Had an early flight to catch and at 4am+ few taxi waiting in line. Other drivers in queue help to load luggage into the boot and open door etc. The city bus also at door step. Ferry Terminal to hotel just few mins and hotel to airport about 30 to 35 mins, the time i took."

"When I checked in, they told me my room was upgraded, and I was genuinely surprised when I opened the door. It was an unobstructed sea view room with a 1.5m queen bed and a 1.3m twin bed. The room decor was very new, and the bathroom and toilet were separate, with the sink also outside, which was super convenient as no one had to wait. The front desk guy spoke Chinese and was handsome too! Plus, there was free breakfast, and I ate until I couldn't move. Overall, everything in Busan offers great value for money."

"The location was perfect with great restaurants nearby. As with all hotels in korea, check in is only after 3. We got there early and while thry do provide paid luggage storage and free luggage storage. The free one is basically just leaving suitcases in front of the reception. I was a bit worried leaving it unattended but there was nithing to be worried for. We left it for 4+ hours and was still as it was how we left it. The room is spacious too!"

"The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and always available to help with anything. The room was clean, but the soundproofing wasn't great. There was an issue with the airtight windows, making the room a bit cold, but the front desk immediately taped them up as a temporary fix.
It's about a 10-minute walk to the subway station, which might feel a bit far if you have luggage. The surrounding commercial area is lively, especially at night with lots of people, and there are plenty of convenient dining options."

"The location is great, close to Nampo subway station with many restaurants nearby, and also a short walk to Nampo-dong and the market. The service could use improvement; the front desk staff seemed expressionless. Breakfast was very monotonous, with not much to choose from. The ocean view room was indeed nice. There's a 24-hour convenience store on the first floor, but prices are a bit high, so I recommend going to the Lotte Mart supermarket on the B1 floor across the river for groceries. Getting to Seomyeon by subway takes about half an hour, door-to-door. You can see many seagulls from the bridge in front of the hotel, and Gamcheon Culture Village is only about five or six kilometers away, so a taxi ride there is quite cheap."

"Our stay at UH Continental was truly amazing. I couldn’t believe the hotel is even prettier in person than in the photos. My daughter absolutely loved the indoor spa, and what I appreciated most was the kids’ play area, it’s perfect for families traveling with little ones.
The hotel is also just steps away from Haeundae Beach, which makes the location even more convenient. Everything smelled fresh and clean, and the bed was one of the comfiest we’ve experienced during our trip.
What made our stay even more memorable was the manager, Hailey. She was the nicest person we met in Busan, 🥹 very cheerful, professional, and such a great conversationalist. She actually reminded me of Im Yoon‑ah from the K-drama King the Land—a warm and happy hotelier who makes guests feel genuinely welcome.

"Overall average, would recommend only for a very short stay (1-2 days). The bathroom design is terrible, shower and toilet are combined, so it is often very wet and humid. There are also no place to plug for the hair dryer in the bathroom so we have to step out of the bathroom to blow dry our hair.
Provides breakfast option for customers so that’s a plus for this hotel and very convenient location with bus stations and subway to tourist sites."

"Size just nice for 2 pax. Very clean after the new reno. What impressed me was that there was a big fridge & cuckoo water dispenser with temperature in the room, Nice LG Aircon and LG washing machine (But not allowed to use washing machine) maybe that's a different booking price. Near the biff square, Downstairs is very lively no matter day or night, and it is very convenient for eating and shopping. But if are afraid of noise, remember to request a high floor. Subway Line 1 is just a few steps away.
What we don't like is the smell of seafood is unpleasant every day when I pass by downstairs. The elevator is old and does not use the resident authentication card system."

GGuest UserStayed at L7 HAEUNDAE by LOTTE HOTELS and had a great experience overall. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach with plenty of food and shops nearby. The hotel has a modern and stylish design, and the rooms are clean and comfortable, though slightly compact. The rooftop pool and facilities are a nice bonus. Service was smooth and efficient. A great choice for a convenient and enjoyable stay in Busan.

DDesmondAng80Hotel location is super ideal as is right above the metro station at Haeundae Station. The room is very spacious and big as the dining/living room is separated with the bedroom. Need to bring along korean local adapter as international adapter cant be used. Theres a washing machine but unfortunately there is no dryer function. I will stay here next trip as the hotel is also located near the Haeundae beach with many eateries and stores for shopping. Olive young is just a ahort 2 mins walk away.

GGuest UserThe reception staff were incredibly warm and helpful, even providing a complimentary Chinese map. Our room on the 7th floor was quite spacious. From the balcony, we had lovely views of the inner bay and a large sports/fitness complex, which gave the area a lively, local feel. Downstairs, there's a seafood BBQ; the eel and shellfish were on the pricey side, but they were definitely very fresh.

EExpatI really like this hotel.  The staff on the 12th floor was absolutely amazing. One thing to note about this particular hotel is that holidays have very strict rules in that there are no special requests. One thing I did not like is the fact that they wanted to take down a credit card number when I checked in even though I’m using trip.com. I understand that there are not special requests and checkout times are not very flexible during holidays, though I do feel the fact that I could not use the swimming pool on the day of checkout after my checkout time of 11 AM was unreasonable. Because I had a late flight going back to Shanghai, I felt it would’ve been more appropriate to allow me to use the pool after I checked out so I could utilize my time at the hotel a little bit better. There is an alternative terrace for people who smoke cigarettes.  there are some room rooms which allow pets, and I think my room was treated well considering that. The air conditioner goes directly onto the bed, so maybe I had to get up a couple of times to turn it off or on.
The room was very clean and comfortable. Although there was not a luggage rack, I was able to make it work in terms of the seating area in the room. The view from the hotel room was really nice because you could see the train station. The walking distance to the bus stop was good. I don’t understand those little call-girl cards at the entrance, but I think that’s just part of Busan.
 The hotel had nearby bus service and the train station was only 350 m away next to the bus stop.  The view from the pool was beautiful even though there’s a lot of buildings in the process of development.  the buildings under construction had their lights on at night so it made everything really pretty and photogenic. The food was delicious, though I do think it was a little bit overpriced. I do appreciate the free perfume and feel the breakfast was tastey as well.  I would actually stay there again because of the price and hope that they can expand their luggage storage area so the lobby looks a little bit more inviting.

GGuest Userparking is very convenient as the carpark is right beside the hotel. across the road you have many petrol/charging/lpg kiosks also for easy refuel before returning the rental car. the location of the hotel is very near to the central where late night shopping/food are everywhere. right outside the hotel there is a bus stop too. the room is clean with no smell at all, aircon new and working well. front desk is very friendly also. overall a good experience. driving to the airport is not far as well within 30 mins even during late morning hours.
