"Pros:
The location of this hotel is excellent! It’s very close to the beach and surrounded by great food options, restaurants, and lively bars. Plus, it is within easy walking distance to the Sky Capsule Mipo Station, which made sightseeing incredibly convenient. They also had small washing machine and LG styler.
Cons:
However, the hotel definitely needs to improve its cleanliness. When we checked in, the room was very dusty, and the towels didn't feel completely clean. The bathroom was only ”so-so” in terms of cleanliness. Also, note that the lobby is quite small. No toothbrush / no toothpaste / no booties. Some of the front desk staff weren't very friendly and struggled with English.
Overall:
Despite the housekeeping issues, we had a great stay overall thanks to the amazing location. If they fix the cleanliness issues, it would be perfect!"

"Not much to look at from the outside, but this little hotel seriously delivered where it matters.
The room was simple but the service? Exceptional. I stayed for 3 nights and the breakfast alone deserves a standing ovation — a different spread every single morning with even the banchan changing daily. It felt thoughtful, intentional and the cook was getting compliments from other Korean ajummas staying in the hotel.
Special shoutout to the night staff who went above and beyond — I was down with a cold and struggling to stay up to wait for my laundry and she literally told me to go to sleep and that she’d take care of it. True enough, I woke up to everything dried, neatly folded and packed in a bag for me to collect. Highly recommend this hotel. Would come back in a heartbeat! Photo below is my view at breakfast.

"Very near to the metro station, and just 1 stop away from Busan Station. The area is also relatively quieter compared to the Busan Station district, which made the stay more comfortable.
The room was very clean, and it even had an automatic bidet toilet ,something that some 5-star hotels don’t even provide. 🤭Breakfast had a simple spread, but it was sufficient.
Overall, a very pleasant stay and definitely recommended"

PPrejakNew hotel that is in the same building as Hyatt Place. Same facilities, similar room, but cheaper. There is a little kitchen, but the cooking top is not working, and there is no dishes or pots, not even a spoon. So I find this a bit misleading. The only thing is a big fridge with freezer. Big TV but I couldn't figure out the remote controller and for me was completely useless. Breakfast is OK, but everyday exactly the same.

GGuest UserFirst time in Busan, and honestly, I spent a long time deliberating over hotels. I finally settled on L7 Lotte for two nights, and overall, it was a great experience! I'd definitely choose it again if I return to Busan.
**Facilities:** The hotel facilities are very new and spotless. Check-in is on the third floor, and there are plenty of elevators, unlike some Toyoko Inn hotels where you can't even get on an elevator during peak hours. I stayed two nights and even used the laundry room. It's probably better to use it during off-peak times; there were so many people wanting to use the washing machines in the evening.
**Cleanliness:** The room was clean and tidy, and having an air purifier was a big plus. The toiletries were excellent!
**Service:** The front desk staff who checked me in didn't speak Chinese; we communicated in a mix of Korean and English. The service was professional and standard, not overly warm or enthusiastic.
**Location:** The location is absolutely fantastic! Step out the hotel's front door, cross the road, and you're right at the main entrance of Haeundae Beach. It's incredibly convenient, even more so than Shilla Stay. So good!

PPeck IPhoneOverall is good. Have to acknowledge this hotel giving their best as they could. Morning breakfast is included and service staff is so busy handling so many people (I suppose hotel almost full) but orderly. Food refilling fast once empty and up to standard. Variety good and spread acceptable though without much choices as place constraints. Hotel pricing under USD90 is good bargain for me with it location and surrounding access.
Good for first timer coming to Busan to experience.
Ktx station and subway station under 5 mins walk.

MM I ParamitaThe hotel is just in front of the bus stop, and very close by to Metro Haeundae Exit 5 (lift) which is very convenient for those with large luggage to go in and out. You can also reach the hotel via Bus no 1001 from Busan Station for those who comes to Busan via HSR just that this bus not allows passengers to bring in large luggage into the bus since the walkway inside the bus is too narrow.
There’s a round walkabout to enter the hotel and this was the tricky part as the direction given by Trip.com was to enter from the side entrance. There’s no logo of W Residences Hotel from the side entrance nor from the round walkabout. But from here you could see the name of the hotel out of the other few hotels mentioned.
The biggest drawback was the hotel provides no free cleaning (must pay W20k to clean daily) and we must remember to put the trash outside our room as well as the dirty towels too in the morning then whatsapp the receptionist to clear. I am not so sure if it’s the culture of Korean hotels nowadays not to clean the room unless upon requests (pay or free) since all 3 hotels I stayed so far under Trip.com from Incheon, Seoul and Busan are all like this (but W Residences Hotel was the only one that charged the fees to clean). I am also pretty sure all 3 hotels would not change the bedsheets too. So better to stay max maybe just 2-3 days per hotel I guess for hygiene purposes since I prefer for my mattress to be cleaned daily actually, otherwise why would I pay so much only to have it like what I would’ve been doing at my own house?
The service was quite good, the staff understands English quite well and very thorough and polite since day 1. They also gave hardcopy SOP for patrons to follow. Water and towels are available only upon requests from 9am-11pm as well, no staff around otherwise. They allow us to keep the luggage next to the reception table when we checkout before we leave Busan.
There’s fridge, stove (can’t cook smelly food so I won’t even attempt this since there are plenty eateries outside and quite near to Haeundae Night Market), microwave, cutleries etc. No coffee nor tea provided here. Overall I would not mind staying in this hotel again if I go Busan but I may also want to try out other hotels in the same buildings since apparently there are quite number of them (building is designed like apartments).

GGalaxyZView - If you are keen in wharf / harbor view, this hotel (see images) is along the harbour next to wharf, Songdo, so there is no beach on the wharf. At 4am you can hear commotion at the wharf, interesting for a different view from city or sea view. Nearest Songdo beach is still at distance, it is not at door step.
Booked a large room for family of 4, comes with 1 Queen bed, 1 single, the last pax ended on the floor with Futons. (Although I indicated i had 4 pax, housekeeper does not seem to be aware, replenishes only for 3 pax?). Small hand towels are issued as bath towel, just be aware. Quite common for smaller hotel accommodation here (inn, AirBnB).
Floor heater, water heater works, daily housekeeping. Has bath tub not used at all for winter. Good balcony for sitting in the cold to watch the wharf bustle. Pax using futon had a few bites by bugs, not sure if flew in from outside the room, else the room is clean.
Nice open terrace at roof top with telescope to look into Lotte mall at distance, and the open sea after the bridge on the right.
Complimentary breakfast offering at basement kitchen is available until 9AM (not 9.30am) - kitchen staff will remind you to finish up at close to 9am, and please clear your dishes at collection area, discard leftovers, return cultery, utensils. Breakfast spread : Cereal with milk (only on weekend), ONE slice of toast with jam, egg/s, one fruit or yoghurt, one coffee/tea, ONE juice, one instant noodles (if you want). Only tried for first morning, other mornings has similar menu on the wall.
Staff - looks like husband wife team. Friendly to greet at reception at upper level.
Safety wise - As accommodation is located at harbour with large prime movers and containers movements, it is better to travel in groups to look out for each other. I note the drivers are generally careful to look out for pedestrians on the harbour, wharf. Can be a bit dark at night in the surrounding area of the accommodation.
Plus point - Double entrance door which allow you to lock inner door in case main door is being accessed externally.
Location - About 20mins or so by bus to Busan shopping area where the crowd is. Not too far,
The more popular tourist spots, beach sites is further up northeast at Haeundae beach, which is about 1 hour bus ride away.
Pricing -, for the pricing, there are better known hotel chains going at more economic rates. So need to do proper research before booking.
Else pleasant stay, simple, large room, no fanfare.

Room: small, but that was enough for me, as everything needed was in the room. Room was very tidy, you can request cleaning 1 time every 3 days, but if you want to switch towels, you can just bring them to reception. Besides, even though tooth brush and paste aren’t provided directly, you can request those on the reception as well. You can use washing machine and dryer next to reception if required.
Staff: very polite and respectful, perfectly speak English, will try their best to help you with any questions.
Breakfast: self-service, you can pick everything you want, and actually everything I tried there was delicious.
Location: 2 minutes from Nampo station, that is extremely convenient. A lot of shops and restaurants around, as well as several convenience stores. Just in 10 minutes you can get to Busan tower by foot.
At night it’s very quiet.

GGuest UserThe hotel was location is an excellent location. Very convenient and nearby to shops and the haeundae beach with mrt less than 7 mins walk which makes it very convenient.
I booked a twin room - double and single bed. Room is new, clean and a good size for city. This room does not provide unobstructed Seaview.
Whats disappointing:
1. We needed to change cash for laundry which was part of the hotel. The reception say no change.
2. We initially reserve 2 night then extend a further 2 night's. We requested for cleaning on 3rd day. Whilst they replace the towels, wash the cups and provided free bottles of water,
- bed not made,
- floor not vacumn( hairs visible) and
- toilet not cleaned ( hair in the shower cubicle)

GGuest UserThe hotel is in an amazing area, even though the hotel entrance isn't on a very pretty street, the main road is just a few meters away. The only thing we didn't like is that the closet is tiny and only has two hangers. There's nowhere to put suitcases or clothes; you have to open and close your luggage on the floor to get things out. Even in the bathroom, there's no space for toiletries; it's barely big enough for toothbrushes, and there's no room for a toiletry bag. In that regard, it's very inconvenient.

EELKIN OThe location was spot on right in the heart of Busan and so close to everything. The room was super clean and had a great vibe for a solo traveler. The staff were really chill and helpful which made my stay even better. Definitely a solid place to crash if you want to be in the middle of all the action.
