"This hotel is very nice and located in the heart of the city. Very easy to get around with public transportation and taxi/uber. Attached to the Lotte mall, so go die hard shoppers it’s perfect. Many resturants to choose from in vicinity. The Korean bar-b-que was excellent. We did go to several other restaurants and all are pretty good. We had one misfire at burger joint, Tiger Pub, that sold out of burgers? Strange? Gave hotel a couple of four stars. One was that we could not get a late dinner. 10pm every hotel kitchen was closed. Not even room service. And secondly, our room toilet which was otherwise very clean had embedded pee stains in the w/c tiles. Obviously porous tiles but nonetheless not pleasant to look at."

"The location is fantastic, Haeundae Beach is right on the doorstep, and there are tons of restaurants nearby. A taxi to the airport during off-peak hours took just over 40 minutes, which was quicker than I expected. The airport shuttle bus stop is also close to the hotel. There's a supermarket and a coffee shop downstairs, and the subway station is a 10-minute walk away. The room was clean, but they don't provide slippers or toiletries, so remember to bring your own."

"I stayed in Busan for four days, in a capsule bed. The soundproofing was excellent; I slept so soundly I wouldn't wake up even without an alarm. There's also a gym on the second floor, and the breakfast was great. It was very clean and hygienic, and the staff were all very warm and patient. It's only a few hundred meters from the subway station, and just a few stops to Haeundae, which is super convenient. If I go to Busan again, I'd definitely stay here if I have the chance."

"Absolutely delighted! This hotel was a significant part of all our wonderful memories in Busan! The front desk staff were consistently excellent, regardless of who was on duty. They offered polite greetings upon arrival and departure, were incredibly accommodating, and attentive to every detail. Moreover, they were very friendly towards Chinese guests! The room facilities were brand new and fully equipped. It was clean, luxuriously appointed with warm tones, and even included a bathtub and an LG TROMM Styler drying cabinet! Breakfast was perfectly served, with a wide and unlimited selection at the buffet! They even have a 24-hour ice machine! The modern decor style makes it perfect for both staying and dining. Transportation is incredibly convenient, with Metro Line 2 right outside the door, providing excellent connectivity! And critically, the accommodation price was very affordable! This hotel is definitely the best choice for Chinese travelers visiting Busan! I highly recommend it!"

"The room was great and booking was super easy. After arriving in Busan by KTX, I took a taxi to the hotel. The entrance was easy to find. I just showed the front desk my email confirmation code, filled out a form, and then checked in. (A note on the form: they require a credit card for the deposit, but since I didn't have a Visa or similar card, I just paid 100,000 Korean Won, which was refunded immediately upon check-out). There are time restrictions for early check-in, but the check-in and check-out times are clearly stated in the email, and the front desk staff also confirmed them when I arrived. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and enthusiastic! ❤️ The hotel is just a short walk to the beach. You can also take the Crystal Cable Car for scenic views. I booked this hotel last minute, so all the ocean-view rooms were taken, but even our city-view room offered a glimpse of the sea. There's a convenience store downstairs, as well as local eateries, which was really handy."

"The room was quite clean, though very small. The location is incredibly convenient; you can see the hotel just to the left of Busan Station Exit 1, only about a 100-meter walk. It's also right next to Busan Subway Station Exit 6, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, which is really handy. The downside is the poor soundproofing; there was intermittent noise from what sounded like a motor, and the toilet flushing was extremely loud."

"Very old hotel. Power break down on my 2nd day. The hotel dont even have a proper technicial. One of the front dest actually come to help but dont really understand. Lucky i am an engineer that know abit electrical work and help the poor front dest solve the problem"

"The room is overall alright except for the bathroom. It is rather small & no separator between the toilet & shower area causing the whole place to be so wet even the toilet cover was wet when I was already very mindful when showering. No place to put your clothes as there is only 1 small hook, and your clothes will get wet. I hope that the hotel will improve the bathroom by placing additional towel rack on top of the toilet seat, so that I do not have to brave the cold to retrieve my toilet outside the bathroom! The towel rack will allow us the place our clothes & towel in the bathroom. Please consider."

"View - If you are keen in wharf / harbor view, this hotel (see images) is along the harbour next to wharf, Songdo, so there is no beach on the wharf. At 4am you can hear commotion at the wharf, interesting for a different view from city or sea view. Nearest Songdo beach is still at distance, it is not at door step. Booked a large room for family of 4, comes with 1 Queen bed, 1 single, the last pax ended on the floor with Futons. (Although I indicated i had 4 pax, housekeeper does not seem to be aware, replenishes only for 3 pax?). Small hand towels are issued as bath towel, just be aware. Quite common for smaller hotel accommodation here (inn, AirBnB). Floor heater, water heater works, daily housekeeping. Has bath tub not used at all for winter. Good balcony for sitting in the cold to watch the wharf bustle. Pax using futon had a few bites by bugs, not sure if flew in from outside the room, else the room is clean. Nice open terrace at roof top with telescope to look into Lotte mall at distance, and the open sea after the bridge on the right. Complimentary breakfast offering at basement kitchen is available until 9AM (not 9.30am) - kitchen staff will remind you to finish up at close to 9am, and please clear your dishes at collection area, discard leftovers, return cultery, utensils. Breakfast spread : Cereal with milk (only on weekend), ONE slice of toast with jam, egg/s, one fruit or yoghurt, one coffee/tea, ONE juice, one instant noodles (if you want). Only tried for first morning, other mornings has similar menu on the wall. Staff - looks like husband wife team. Friendly to greet at reception at upper level. Safety wise - As accommodation is located at harbour with large prime movers and containers movements, it is better to travel in groups to look out for each other. I note the drivers are generally careful to look out for pedestrians on the harbour, wharf. Can be a bit dark at night in the surrounding area of the accommodation. Plus point - Double entrance door which allow you to lock inner door in case main door is being accessed externally. Location - About 20mins or so by bus to Busan shopping area where the crowd is. Not too far, The more popular tourist spots, beach sites is further up northeast at Haeundae beach, which is about 1 hour bus ride away. Pricing -, for the pricing, there are better known hotel chains going at more economic rates. So need to do proper research before booking. Else pleasant stay, simple, large room, no fanfare."
