"Amenities The hotel offers a comfortable stay with well-maintained facilities. While the room size for three persons is slightly compact, it is still cozy and functional enough for a pleasant stay. Location The surrounding area is relatively quiet with limited amenities nearby. However, it is conveniently located about 10–15 minutes away from both Lotte Mart and Nampo Station, making it easy to access shopping and public transport. Cleanliness The hotel is clean and well-kept, which adds to the overall comfort of the stay. Housekeeping maintains a high standard throughout. Service (Special Mention) A special commendation goes to Mr. Park from the service staff. He was extremely helpful in assisting with booking a cab and handling luggage efficiently. His professionalism and resourcefulness truly enhanced the overall experience. Overall A clean and comfortable hotel with good service. Despite minor limitations in room size and nearby amenities, the excellent staff support—especially from Mr. Park—makes it a worthwhile stay in Busan."

It is a new residence located a minute away from Haeundae Beach. It is a pleasant accommodation with everything. I hope you make good memories in Haeundae.

"I spontaneously planned a family trip to Busan, and after looking for a clean place close to the beach, I decided to stay here for one night~ As soon as I opened the door, I was surprised by the view from the window, and the facilities were incredibly satisfying! My elementary and middle school kids loved it, and I was very happy with the accommodation too! I'd love to visit again next time I'm in Busan 💗"

"This hotel must be part of the same chain as the one I stayed at for my business trip last year, as they're right next to each other. The room is very spacious, and the best part is having a dryer, which makes laundry so convenient. The rooftop pool is decent, but a bit small. There aren't many dining options nearby; you have to head towards Haeundae subway station, which isn't too far."

"The room was spacious and clean. It was great for everyone to relax together, though it was a bit disappointing that the sofa was small. Bathrobes were provided for everyone, and it was nice that the sink, shower, and toilet were all separate."

"Pros: Right on the beach. Saturdays have a drone show to the left of the beach. Soundproofing was good, especially being on a busy beach. Big smart tv. Smart toilet. Very spacious. Front elevator was transparent so the view of the beach going up and down was nice. Lots to do nearby - arcades, convenience stores, cafes, ice cream. Breakfast was worth it with good view of the beach and good food (bibimbap station and yoghurt drinks were a plus). Fair amount of vegetarian and vegan options too but only dairy milk. Gave us 2 key cards. You can ask if you need more water bottles. The hallway of the floors has a nice view of the beach, with bean bags to sit on, even if your room does not. Cons: Only 2 elevators (one is kind of kept away behind the building). Reception is on the 15th floor, it was a bit cramped because it was in the same area as the dining area. Price was on the expensive side, especially for a room without a window."

"The information about this hotel on trip.com was inaccurate. First, check in time according to the hotel’s staff was 10pm, not 6pm as per trip.com. We turned up at the hotel 5:45pm to find out that the hotel’s checkin time was more than 4 hours later. The front desk insisted we pay additional 30k won to check in at 6pm.  The hotel room felt smaller than 24 sq.m. There was a computer with rusty keyboard in the room (maybe for gamers?) and a giant TV that nearly takes up the entire wall. Perhaps these things attract Korean customers but to me I think they are an eyesore and unnecessary for a hotel stay. Breakfast is self-service (you have to wash the plates and cups afterwards), with limited items - the day we went there were instant noodles, eggs, bread, peanut butter, coffee, tea, milk, bananas. We paid £135 per night which we thought was a rip off."

MMeiduocao【Park Hyatt Busan】Stayed in the 'sailboat' of Haeundae, where the floor-to-ceiling windows framed Gwangandaegyo Bridge and the entire ocean. I fell asleep to the sound of the sea breeze and the city lights, experiencing both relaxation and luxury. Environment: The hotel's location is relatively quiet with fantastic views. There's a supermarket downstairs, and a noodle shop and two great cafes very close by, which was quite convenient for a tourist. Facilities: Very new, especially the stunning view outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. I didn't even want to close the curtains at night! Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Service: Excellent.

GGuest UserThis is a great hotel, especially suitable for young people. The decor is thoughtfully designed, and the location is fantastic – right by Haeundae Beach. Step downstairs and you're on the pedestrian street with tons of food options. The hotel's 3rd floor offers printing services, charging stations, luggage storage, and various entertainment and leisure areas. It might be peak season, so the hotel was quite busy. However, the 11 AM check-out time, which seems common in Korean hotels, is a bit hard to accept. I've stayed in many countries where check-out is at 12 PM, and 11 AM feels too rushed.

MMummypandaRoom very clean and good view. The service was good beyond another level. Very near the beach. Wont go hungry as surrounded by so many restaurants. The only thing is the air con - fan mode in the room will not remain full bar despite we setting it, will change to two bar. However it will not affect my 5 star rating.

YYuermeiFacilities: Well-equipped. Ambiance: Excellent. We stayed in a new building with a balcony room. Sitting on the balcony, listening to the sound of the waves, gazing at the sea, and sipping coffee was incredibly relaxing. Service: The front desk staff who handled our check-in and check-out were very warm, thoughtful, and professional. Cleanliness: The hotel is very clean and hygienic overall. However, one day, we left in the morning after tidying the bed ourselves, but when we returned in the evening, the bed was very messy. I immediately wondered if housekeeping hadn't cleaned that day. I also questioned why the bed was so messy. So, I checked the trash can, and it had been emptied. Does that mean housekeeping doesn't make the beds??? I then looked closer at the bed and noticed that a small part of the duvet inside the duvet cover was exposed. When we left, the bed was tidied, so why was it so messy when we returned, with part of the duvet exposed? Upon closer inspection, there were bloodstains, which made me feel very uneasy. What could be the reason for this? I even wondered if housekeeping, while tidying the bed, tried to change the sheets, discovered bloodstains on the duvet, and then didn't replace it promptly, or forgot to, or something else? I was very upset at the time and immediately called the front desk to explain the situation. But after waiting a while, no one came up. So I went down to the front desk to explain the situation in person. The front desk staff was very helpful and said that the housekeeper had already gone up to tidy and bring clean linens to the room for replacement, and suggested we go up and check. I went up again and found that the housekeeper had only tidied the bed and hadn't changed anything. I immediately asked the housekeeper, in front of her, ”Didn't the front desk explain the reason clearly to you? Didn't you see that the exposed duvet core was dirty with bloodstains?” I immediately pointed out the spot to her, and she then apologized and said she would immediately bring clean replacements. Sigh..... Overall, the hotel's location, ambiance, and service are all good, and the issue was resolved. Sigh......

AAleks_GIn terms of value for money, the hotel is decent. The interior is pleasant and modern; it seems new, but it is no longer perfectly clean. In my room, for example, the toilet seat cover was taped with duct tape, there were splashes on the walls in some places, and stains on the ceiling. However, the rooms are cleaned well, towels are changed every day, and if you ask not to be disturbed, they leave everything you need in a basket outside your room. The hotel is very conveniently located for a short visit to Busan (up to 3-4 days), close to the train station and between the main attractions (it takes about the same amount of time to get to each direction). The trains were not audible in the room, and overall the hotel is quite quiet. I had a spacious room where I could open my suitcase normally, but there was still not enough storage space (at least more hangers for clothes are needed). There are also no cutlery in the room, which is a minus. There is a clothes styler - something like a steaming closet, which turned out to be convenient, as I didn't need an iron. The pool area is relaxing, you can take beautiful photos, and the water is warm. I didn't like the breakfasts. On weekdays, they are served à la carte, the selection is modest, and the coffee is not tasty. There are many coffee shops and cafes around the hotel, so it's better to go there. I was very surprised that upon check-in, they asked for a deposit of 100,000 won (or a card). In 10 years of active travel, I have never encountered this anywhere in hotels especially without notification.

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic! Downstairs, there are many seafood stir-fry restaurants, and it's just a straight walk to Nampo-dong Street, which is where I wanted to go, so no getting lost. One street is bustling, and the other is more local. You can find everything you want to buy there, the only problem is not having enough money! It's also only a 5-minute walk to the subway station. The room rate is very reasonable, and best of all, the hotel always smells so nice and comforting.

GGuest UserThe hotel was location is an excellent location. Very convenient and nearby to shops and the haeundae beach with mrt less than 7 mins walk which makes it very convenient. I booked a twin room - double and single bed. Room is new, clean and a good size for city. This room does not provide unobstructed Seaview. Whats disappointing: 1. We needed to change cash for laundry which was part of the hotel. The reception say no change. 2. We initially reserve 2 night then extend a further 2 night's. We requested for cleaning on 3rd day. Whilst they replace the towels, wash the cups and provided free bottles of water, - bed not made, - floor not vacumn( hairs visible) and - toilet not cleaned ( hair in the shower cubicle)

MMihua0036The hotel is beautiful, and it's very pleasant to sit on the balcony and watch the sea when the weather is good. The room is also quite spacious, and the bedding is very comfortable. However, it's really far out and public transport isn't very convenient; you'll mostly rely on taxis. Also, note that toothbrushes and slippers are not provided.

CCalvin TscIf you are looking for a stay with a view in Busan, Hotel Adela offers some fantastic visual perks, though it comes with a few logistical ”hurdles”—quite literally, if you end up taking the stairs! Here is a detailed breakdown of what to expect. The Room & Amenities The first thing you’ll notice is the generous room size. Unlike many cramped city hotels, there is plenty of space to move around. The View: The highlight of the stay is undoubtedly the stunning harbor view. Watching the bridge light up at night is a great way to wind down. Comfort: The beds are comfortable and provide a good night’s rest. Condition: While the room is clean, some of the furniture is starting to show its age and feels a bit dated. Facilities: Basic toiletries, drinking water, tea, and coffee are all provided. Note that the toilet and bathtub are in the same space (not separated). Climate Control: Be aware that during winter and early spring, the air conditioning is disabled. If the room gets too warm, you’ll need to crack the window to let the crisp Busan air in. The Elevator Challenge (The Biggest Downside) The most significant drawback is the elevator situation. The hotel only has three elevators, which is insufficient for a building of this size—especially since it is a popular choice for large tour groups from Taiwan, Thailand, and Hong Kong. Peak Hours: Between 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, the elevators are perpetually packed. The Struggle: It can be so challenging to catch a lift that I actually had to walk down the stairs from the 15th floor to the lobby. If you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, this is a major factor to consider. Dining & Convenience On-site Eats: There is a Korean Fried Chicken restaurant on the 2nd floor that is definitely worth a try—the taste is quite good! Convenience: A CU convenience store is located right in the lobby, which is incredibly handy for late-night snacks or essentials. Breakfast Tip: I recommend skipping the hotel breakfast package. The restaurant is on the 24th floor, meaning you have to wait for the elevator to go up, and then wait again to get back down to the lobby to start your day. You’ll save money and time by eating at one of the many local spots nearby. Location & Accessibility The location is a strong point for shoppers and explorers: Metro: About a 7–8 minute walk to Nampo Station. Shopping: Very close to Lotte Shopping Mall and the famous Gwangbok-ro Shopping Street. Note: The building is shared with another hotel (North Harbor Hotel), which contributes to the high foot traffic in the lobby and elevators. Hotel Adela is a solid choice if you value a spacious room with a beautiful view and want to stay near the Nampo-dong action. However, the elevator delays are a serious test of patience. If you choose to stay here, try to avoid traveling in and out of the hotel during peak tour group hours! Pack your patience for the lobby wait, and definitely grab some fried chicken on the second floor!
