When I booked, I mentioned it was my child's birthday on the check-in day. The hotel thoughtfully prepared a small cake and a birthday hat. The staff even came up to take photos and gave us a polaroid. There's a side gate that leads to the beach. The weather was quite gloomy during our stay, and it even thundered and rained on the second day, so we didn't get any good photos, but it was nice and cool. The outdoor pool is heated, so you don't have to worry about getting cold.

【Park Hyatt Busan】Stayed in the 'sailboat' of Haeundae, where the floor-to-ceiling windows framed Gwangandaegyo Bridge and the entire ocean. I fell asleep to the sound of the sea breeze and the city lights, experiencing both relaxation and luxury.
Environment: The hotel's location is relatively quiet with fantastic views. There's a supermarket downstairs, and a noodle shop and two great cafes very close by, which was quite convenient for a tourist.
Facilities: Very new, especially the stunning view outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. I didn't even want to close the curtains at night!
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy.
Service: Excellent.

Guest UserThe hoteliers had exceptionally kind personalities, and their customer service was truly luxurious. Even though it is a large integrated resort, they were able to provide attentive, almost one-on-one service! While the rooms felt a bit dated, the professionalism and elegance of the staff were outstanding I truly appreciate the staff for their personalized and attentive service, tailored service and 酒店员工品格优秀,言谈举止真诚温柔,宛如仙女般令人印象深刻,在韩国通常很难享受到一对一的贴心服务,而这里却做到了,让我十分感动

ଘ gaoxiaohuanBonnie ଓThe hotel was very clean and super close to the beach. My kids also loved the rooftop pool. The only downside was that my friend, who was supposed to come with me, had an emergency and couldn't make it, and I didn't get any refund for their share of the room. I guess it's my fault for not noticing the no-refund policy when I booked. Overall, it was great, and it's convenient to the mall too.

Anonymous UserThe room was spotless and spacious, and the location is absolutely fantastic. It's in the same building as Club D Oasis and X the Sky, with direct access to the beach right downstairs. Haeundae Blueline Park is just a 5-minute walk away, which is incredibly convenient.
There are tons of great food options both within the hotel building and within walking distance. You'll find everything from abalone porridge, pork soup with rice, seafood, and sashimi to Korean BBQ, fried chicken, bakeries and coffee shops, and Western restaurants – so many different choices!
The Family Lounge offers snacks and drinks all day, and alcoholic beverages in the evening.
The pool is absolutely beautiful, and there's also a small kids' play area.
The hotel staff were all incredibly attentive and friendly. It was a much better experience than I expected!

Aleks_GIn terms of value for money, the hotel is decent. The interior is pleasant and modern; it seems new, but it is no longer perfectly clean. In my room, for example, the toilet seat cover was taped with duct tape, there were splashes on the walls in some places, and stains on the ceiling. However, the rooms are cleaned well, towels are changed every day, and if you ask not to be disturbed, they leave everything you need in a basket outside your room.
The hotel is very conveniently located for a short visit to Busan (up to 3-4 days), close to the train station and between the main attractions (it takes about the same amount of time to get to each direction). The trains were not audible in the room, and overall the hotel is quite quiet.
I had a spacious room where I could open my suitcase normally, but there was still not enough storage space (at least more hangers for clothes are needed). There are also no cutlery in the room, which is a minus. There is a clothes styler - something like a steaming closet, which turned out to be convenient, as I didn't need an iron.
The pool area is relaxing, you can take beautiful photos, and the water is warm.
I didn't like the breakfasts. On weekdays, they are served à la carte, the selection is modest, and the coffee is not tasty. There are many coffee shops and cafes around the hotel, so it's better to go there.
I was very surprised that upon check-in, they asked for a deposit of 100,000 won (or a card). In 10 years of active travel, I have never encountered this anywhere in hotels especially without notification.

VvvviajeThis really looks like a resort hotel. The front desk staff's English isn't great, and the location is a bit out of the way – there aren't even any convenience stores or supermarkets nearby. It's quite close to the Dongbusan outlet mall though.
The entire hotel complex is very fancy and huge. The parking lot is massive and luxurious, but there are so many cars... Check-in is on the 10th floor, and there were no bellhops or any signs to guide us.
After checking in, no one told us where our room was, they just gave me a map... It took us half an hour to find it, circling around the hotel. I didn't see any staff during that time, and I was getting pretty annoyed.
The room itself is quite large, but both the room and public areas show clear signs of wear and tear (lots of dirty marks on the walls, poorly maintained).
The view is great though; you can see the ocean from the balcony and even catch the sunrise, although the angle is a bit off :)
What I found most unacceptable was that the body wash/shampoo was just soap. It lathered up incredibly slowly and barely produced any suds. With my normal length but somewhat thick hair, just getting it to lather took me 15 minutes! It seriously prolonged my shower time. A truly awful experience.
If you don't mind these things or bring your own toiletries and just care about the view, then this place is for you – the scenery is unbeatable. But all in all, I don't think it's worth the price. It's a hotel that's all style and no substance.

The location is fantastic! Downstairs, there are many seafood stir-fry restaurants, and it's just a straight walk to Nampo-dong Street, which is where I wanted to go, so no getting lost. One street is bustling, and the other is more local. You can find everything you want to buy there, the only problem is not having enough money! It's also only a 5-minute walk to the subway station. The room rate is very reasonable, and best of all, the hotel always smells so nice and comforting.

If you are looking for a stay with a view in Busan, Hotel Adela offers some fantastic visual perks, though it comes with a few logistical ”hurdles”—quite literally, if you end up taking the stairs! Here is a detailed breakdown of what to expect.
The Room & Amenities
The first thing you’ll notice is the generous room size. Unlike many cramped city hotels, there is plenty of space to move around.
The View: The highlight of the stay is undoubtedly the stunning harbor view. Watching the bridge light up at night is a great way to wind down.
Comfort: The beds are comfortable and provide a good night’s rest.
Condition: While the room is clean, some of the furniture is starting to show its age and feels a bit dated.
Facilities: Basic toiletries, drinking water, tea, and coffee are all provided. Note that the toilet and bathtub are in the same space (not separated).
Climate Control: Be aware that during winter and early spring, the air conditioning is disabled. If the room gets too warm, you’ll need to crack the window to let the crisp Busan air in.
The Elevator Challenge (The Biggest Downside)
The most significant drawback is the elevator situation. The hotel only has three elevators, which is insufficient for a building of this size—especially since it is a popular choice for large tour groups from Taiwan, Thailand, and Hong Kong.
Peak Hours: Between 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, the elevators are perpetually packed.
The Struggle: It can be so challenging to catch a lift that I actually had to walk down the stairs from the 15th floor to the lobby. If you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, this is a major factor to consider.
Dining & Convenience
On-site Eats: There is a Korean Fried Chicken restaurant on the 2nd floor that is definitely worth a try—the taste is quite good!
Convenience: A CU convenience store is located right in the lobby, which is incredibly handy for late-night snacks or essentials.
Breakfast Tip: I recommend skipping the hotel breakfast package. The restaurant is on the 24th floor, meaning you have to wait for the elevator to go up, and then wait again to get back down to the lobby to start your day. You’ll save money and time by eating at one of the many local spots nearby.
Location & Accessibility
The location is a strong point for shoppers and explorers:
Metro: About a 7–8 minute walk to Nampo Station.
Shopping: Very close to Lotte Shopping Mall and the famous Gwangbok-ro Shopping Street.
Note: The building is shared with another hotel (North Harbor Hotel), which contributes to the high foot traffic in the lobby and elevators.
Hotel Adela is a solid choice if you value a spacious room with a beautiful view and want to stay near the Nampo-dong action. However, the elevator delays are a serious test of patience. If you choose to stay here, try to avoid traveling in and out of the hotel during peak tour group hours!
Pack your patience for the lobby wait, and definitely grab some fried chicken on the second floor!
