For travelers looking for more than a standard city stay, DH Naissance Hotel offers an authentic, convenient, and memorable Seoul experience.
"The hotel's location is decent, making it convenient to get around, and the room was clean and tidy. However, the service was just average. My partner and I stayed for three nights and four days. We didn't request room cleaning during our stay because on the first day, upon check-in, we only received two small sachets of shampoo/conditioner and shower gel, and a tiny bar of soap. When we asked for more, the front desk said they would have the housekeeping staff leave them at our door, but they never did.
Another major issue is the emergency exit. The stairs on the second floor are designated as an emergency exit, but this passage is actually used to store hotel items (as shown in the picture), making it very difficult for anyone to pass through. In an emergency, like a fire, how would guests on the upper floors escape? Our room was on the second floor, directly facing these stairs, and we had to use the elevator to get around. Sometimes, we had to wait a long time for the elevator, and we couldn't even use the stairs. Emergency exits should always be kept clear and unobstructed!"
