"This hotel has very clear pros and cons. The biggest advantage is that the airport shuttle bus stop is right outside the door, making transfers to and from the airport super convenient. There are also three subway lines right outside, and the front desk staff can communicate in Chinese, which is very helpful.
My friends and I booked a triple room. Since we had different schedules each day, we specifically asked the hotel for two key cards. Unfortunately, on the first day, the card I had wouldn't open the door. Luckily, the card my friend had, who returned to the hotel earlier, worked fine. The next morning, I went to the front desk to report the issue. They gave me a new card, but it still didn't work when I tried it upstairs. So I went back down again, and they gave me another new card, but that didn't work either. Finally, I brought the working card down with me, and they reset both cards, which finally fixed the problem. After the first two failed attempts, the hotel staff showed no apology whatsoever, making guests go back and forth between the floor and the lobby two times. After the third reset, I asked what we would do if it still didn't work, and the front desk agent very coldly said, 'Well, on my system, it shows it's fixed.' I wonder if the system didn't show it was fixed the first two times? This originally simple issue wasted at least half an hour of my time, and there wasn't a single word of apology. To be honest, I was quite annoyed. Also, the front desk staff changes very frequently; in the time it takes to go up and down in the elevator, the person has changed, and you have to explain the whole story again.
Furthermore, the triple room was very small, and the bathroom was even smaller. The bathroom also had a shower/tub combo, and the shower water easily splashed out, which was very inconvenient. If there are other options available next time, I won't choose this hotel."
