"Me and my mom stayed here for 3 nights. The location is perfect as it’s in the middle of the Myeongdong happening streets. It’s also very near to Airport Shuttle Bus stop. There was luggage storage available for us during our arrival in the morning."

"The single room, though small, was very clean and well-maintained. The whole room felt quite new and was comfortable to stay in. It was a bit noisy though; I could hear people walking up and down the stairs and water leaking upstairs in the early hours. Luckily, I'm a heavy sleeper. The location is very convenient. Remember to take exit 10 from Seoul Station, it's the closest. I took the wrong exit the first time and ended up walking a long way around."

"Stayed at Myeongdong Merlin Hotel for a short transit and overall it was a good experience. The location is convenient about 15–20 minutes to Myeongdong Night Street, which is great if you want easy access to shopping and food. We arrived quite late (around 10pm) after traveling from Busan and checked out early at 5am to head to ICN airport. Even with the short stay, everything went smoothly. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, which we really appreciated after a long journey. We were traveling in a big group (18 people), and the hotel managed us well. Rooms were clean and facilities were sufficient for a short stay. Service was also efficient. Overall, a solid and convenient choice especially for short stays or transit in Seoul 👍"

"The location is very convenient, I love staying in Hannam because there are a lot of stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel room was spacious but I wouldn’t say it’s the cleanest, my sister would get itchy every night, although I didn’t experience it. Amenities are also okay, you one of our plugs are broken so we solely relied on an adopter to charge all of our devices. But the room is fresh and cleaned everyday which is something I appreciate after coming back from a long day!"

Standard amenities include smart bathroom fixtures, separate wet and dry areas, branded toiletries, complimentary bottled water, and even an espresso machine – every detail is thoughtfully provided. 🛏️ Comfortable Bedding, Excellent Soundproofing The mattress is just right – not too soft, not too firm – I fell asleep instantly. The duvet is soft and breathable. The soundproofing is exceptional; with the windows closed, you can't hear any street noise. It's wonderfully quiet amidst the hustle and bustle of Gangnam, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The air conditioning/heating control is precise, making it comfortable to stay in any season. Plus, there are plenty of USB ports, so no need for adapters – super handy. 💁 Attentive Service, Multilingual Support The 24-hour front desk staff are warm, efficient, and can communicate effortlessly in Chinese, English, and Korean. Check-in and check-out are a breeze. Housekeeping is meticulous daily, replenishing supplies promptly. They can also help arrange taxis and book attractions, which is a great stress-reliever. There's a free gym (with new equipment) and a public lounge, suitable for both business travelers and leisure guests. 🍳 Delicious Breakfast, Korean & Western Options Galore The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, including Korean kimchi, bibimbap, and porridge, as well as Western bread, coffee, and fruit. Many items are made to order, ensuring freshness to kickstart your day. Whether you're in Gangnam for shopping, a business trip, or a romantic getaway, this hotel is an excellent choice! Its location, ambiance, service, and value for money are all top-notch. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Seoul. Highly recommend!"

"I booked a deluxe king room, which, according to the room type description, should have been on floors 8-19. However, when I checked in, the front desk assigned me a room on the 6th floor. Upon entering, I found the room to be quite ordinary. The bathtub and shower facilities were also poorly designed; even with a shower curtain, water would spray out, leaving a puddle on the floor. I later checked my booking and realized they had given me the wrong room type! That evening, I went to the front desk to discuss it. Initially, they insisted that room 601 was a large room and there was no difference, even claiming other rooms would be smaller... It was only after I insisted that they agreed to move me to a higher floor, 1301, the next day. As expected, the higher-floor room was noticeably newer. What a waste of money for the first night's room difference!"

"Highly recommend this hotel ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The room was perfect for a solo traveler! All the facilities were complete and clean, and I really liked the decor. The furniture in the room was arranged very compactly, making me feel secure when sleeping ✨. I used to be so scared at night in other hotels, but I didn't feel that way at all here. The room also had multi-standard charging sockets for international guests, as well as multilingual instructions, which shows incredibly thoughtful and detailed design!"

"This is my second time staying here for a layover at Incheon Airport. It's only two subway stops away from the airport. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, though a bit on the small side. It had a fridge, washing machine, and dryer, which made things very convenient. Downstairs, there are all sorts of restaurants and snack bars, so there's plenty of choice."

"Location was strategic, one of the subway station entrance is accessible from the hotel. There was a convenient store right on the ground floor. We travelled from airport, we took bus which stopped nearby. It was manageable even with big luggage. Room with necessary kitchen amenities -microwave, fridge, pots/pan, knife, cutting board which allowed simple food preparation. There was a washing m/c with drying functionality that allowed us to do some laundry and don't need to bring extra clothes and could keep the luggage space for shopping items. However, since the room is not big, the noise from the washing machine may impact your sleep. Hence do it while you are away or still awake. Room is clean and with a nice view where N tower is visible from the room. Breakfast was simple but they changed menu daily. It was a combination of Korean and continental cuisine. I stayed there for 3 nights, there were no repeat of the dishes and all those tasted good. Unlike another chain hotel, have lots of choices but same dishes, even the banchan were the same daily."
