"Overall, this hotel was average. It was acceptable for a short stay, but there were a few inconveniences. The air-conditioning had some issues and did not function very well, which made the room slightly uncomfortable at times. Other than that, the room was reasonably clean, and cleanliness seemed acceptable. Some basic amenities were not provided, such as toothbrushes, which had to be purchased separately. This felt a bit inconvenient and unusual for a hotel stay. Most instructions and signage were in Korean only, which made things less clear for foreign guests, but we managed eventually. One important point is that WeFeel should clearly provide both an English address and a Korean address. When we used Uber from the city area, the location was confusing and made it feel like we were heading into a very remote area. This could easily worry first-time visitors, so clearer address information would be very helpful. Facilities were basic and nothing special. Overall, the hotel is manageable but quite ordinary, with room for improvement in guest convenience and clarity."

"Pros: It was my first time staying in a basement room, so I was a bit flustered, but it was just missing a window. The air was fresh, and it wasn't humid or dry, so the condition was really good. The room was very spacious. The floor heating worked well, and I preferred that it wasn't a carpeted floor. The bathroom was also very large, and the pajamas were warm and comfortable. The reception staff were incredibly friendly. It was great to be able to take as much water as I wanted from the first floor. There's an ice machine and a coffee machine on the first floor, which is nice. (Though it felt a bit awkward and embarrassing because the staff would stand up and greet me every time I passed the desk, haha.) Although I didn't use it, breakfast is free. I didn't hear any noise from other rooms, so it seems soundproofed. You can store your luggage before and after check-in. There's a CU convenience store nearby, and many street food stalls and restaurants, which is convenient. It was convenient that delivery drivers could come right to the room door. The location is good, close to the bustling area and bus stops. There's a good speaker. There's a very large TV with loud volume. Cons: The bed was too soft and didn't offer enough support, which caused back pain. (Instead, the floor was spacious and clean, so I slept on the floor.) There were two pillows; one was too high, and the other was a memory foam pillow that felt hard. The hard memory foam pillow didn't pair well with the soft bed, which made my back and neck hurt even more. Perhaps because it's a basement room, I heard the sound of water flowing from the ceiling wall all night. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and would consider returning."

"I wanted to highlight some details I noticed during my trip: 1. They cleaned all the stains off the magnifying mirror, a service I haven't received at other hotels of the same star rating. 2. I visited during the ***** New Year (CNY), and the hotel diary correctly labeled it as CNY, not LNY – much appreciated! 🫶 3. The hotel was very attentive to personal belongings; even when I went downstairs to pick up takeout, they carefully verified the order number. Additionally, the hotel breakfast was excellent. I stayed for four days and three nights, and I had a very satisfying breakfast every morning. The room itself was a bit small, but its convenient location made up for it. It was easy to get around by taxi or on foot! Just a heads-up: if you're heading to Incheon Airport from here, you should allow 1.5 hours for travel time, as there can be traffic. Gimpo Airport might be a more convenient option."

"After staying at a nearby hotel, I moved here for another three nights. The room is cosy and a good size for one person. It might feel small for two, but still manageable. It was very clean, with separate shower and toilet areas. The shower has a frosted glass wall with curtains available, but it’s still something to note if privacy is a concern. The rooftop is a real highlight, offering amazing sunset views, city views, and a great view of Seoul Tower. However, the room itself had no view at all, facing a narrow space between buildings, which made it very dark throughout the day with almost no natural light. I was also given a lower-floor room near the elevator, which was slightly noisy. When I asked if I could change rooms, the request was declined and I was given earplugs instead. Overall, it was an acceptable stay, but considering the price, noisy and dark room, I probably wouldn’t choose to stay again."

"Comfortable, clean, and the staff were really friendly. The location is super convenient, and the area around the hotel is nice and quiet, not complicated or noisy at all. I'd definitely want to stay here again! The only downside is that the fridge in the room barely cooled anything. @@"

"Location: Connected to Yongsan Station by a skybridge, the hotel is a convenient 5-minute walk away. Yongsan Station is only two stops from Seoul Station. An Uber from Incheon Airport costs about 250 RMB and takes approximately an hour, which is also very convenient. Room: This is almost the largest hotel room I've ever stayed in, at 40 square meters. It features a two-seater sofa and a recliner, plus a kitchen. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The bed was a bit small, probably only 80 cm. Service: The front desk staff was incredibly beautiful, just like Korean celebrities, and they even gave us a room with a view of Namsan Tower. So grateful! Environment: Novotel Suites and Novotel are in the same building, but their elevators are separate, so be sure to note the distinction. Value for money: For New Year's Day in Seoul, it was just over 800 RMB per night. Although breakfast wasn't included, for such a great location and a spacious room, it was an incredible value. Highly recommend! I hope to experience the breakfast next time."

"The location is fantastic, especially if you love nightlife. There are tons of bars and clubs nearby, and it's super close to Hannam-dong too. Just a heads-up, you can definitely hear the music from the neighboring bars at night, but it didn't bother me much. I'd definitely stay here again."

"Very good hotel overall; the location is ideal. Staff are very nice. The room is spacious, therefore it would be nice to have a window not facing the other building (as someone might see you sleeping)… A bigger window with a real view would be better. Also breakfast is ok : do not expect fruits, hot chocolate… as there are none."

"The amenities like shampoo, body soap, and toothbrushes were provided, which made for a comfortable stay. The entrance hall was spacious, and the room itself was big enough for two people. There were even real records, which gave the room a charming atmosphere! However, the shower and toilet are in the same space, so the toilet area does get wet."

"Super easy to find, practically a straight walk from Seoul Station! The room was a little on the small side, but it was perfectly adequate for a brief stopover before heading back home after visiting other regions. The air conditioning was tricky to manage; it would get too cold with it on and too warm with it off. It required some self-management, like keeping it on, dressing warmly, and using blankets."
