The Hotel Junoh (Jongno Hotel Juno) is a great choice for guests looking for accommodation in Seoul, having been recently opened in 2025. The hotel is only 3km from Seoul Station and 16km from Gimpo International Airport, giving guests a number of convenient transportation options. Transportation around the city is also convenient, with Anguk Metro Station within walking distance. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Gwangjang Market, Myeongdong Cathedral and Changdeokgung all nearby. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. According to our guests, the location of this hotel is one of the best around.
"Good hotel in the center , near the metro station. Very clean and smelled pleasant . Coffee tea and microwave oven in the corridor can be used for free ) if you need a dop.tissue can be taken on your own. The only minus when no one was on the reception was , but there was a phone number on the paper , we couldn't call us a foreign Sim card maybe so(((stop half an hour , well the hotel guests called from their phone and told us where to go to what room .. it would be convenient, that after booking there was a message for self-settlement .. and in general everything was very nice )"

"The hotel’s location is great. 10 mins walk to train station. A lot of food around. Nearby the hanok village which has lots of cafes and shopping. Also can walk to Kwanjang market. The room size is just right. I can open my 2 large luggage and still has space to walk. Everything is super clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The only downside is that the pillows are a bit too soft — it would be nice if extra pillows were provided for free or if firmer options were available. Tv is great. Its huge. Tub is good and clean too. Plus point because toilet has bidet!!!!"

"The stay is comfortable, and it’s near the airport. It’s a bit further from the city (1h 35m by train+bus).
The accommodation was clean and spacious. There’s lots of great restaurants around. I personally liked the surrounding area as it’s quiet and peaceful, great for walking.
There’s a washer in the room but it doesn’t work the best in terms of drying the clothes. Theres also a coin laundry available on the third floor of the building. There’s gym in the second building. The reception is on the second floor.
The AC is central and during warm days it can take some time to cool. The bed is on a platform through the stairs. It can be uncomfortable at first as it’s very close to the ceiling.
There’s a full kitchen with electric stove but no utensils or cutleries are provided. Room cleaning is every 3 days."

"This hotel next to Itaewon has small rooms and average facilities – nothing special, but clean. During the day, the location felt great; it was convenient to get everywhere since the subway entrance is right outside. But at night, it's a different story. Unless you're someone who can fall asleep instantly the moment your head hits the pillow, you're pretty much guaranteed a bad night's sleep. The clubs in Itaewon thump and boom until dawn, and even with earplugs in, that low-frequency vibrating 'thump-thump' sound will constantly get on your nerves."

"The hotel's in a shopping and dining area, with big malls all around, and the local market's close by. The hotel's clean enough, and the room size is good. The wellness room has a sauna, but the room itself could use more light; it's a bit dark."

"I came for my honeymoon and stayed at the Junior King Suite for the whole trip. Services are excellent and the cleanliness of the room is tip-top. Room is always cleaned when I came back for the day. Also, the staffs are friendly, helpful and kind.
Only thing is, to get an Uber to return to the hotel is a little challenging because drivers hesitate to accept due to the distance from the city. But regardless of that, Novotel Suite is still a great place to stay! 🎊🎊😁
All in all, I would recommend this place."

"Great price & great location. It is great to see temple through window. Breakfast is great. Room is spacious. One thing makes me down is the sewage pungent from bathroom as soon as step into the room, so I checked the bathroom immediately but was wicked clean. I think the hotel just needs to pour baking soda into the drainage to remove smell.
Over all… good"

"The rooms were clean and recently renovated. The hotel is high tech with your phone being your room key. Breakfast was included in our stay and although options was limited and simple it was filling enough. Sausage, scrambled eggs and toast. Yoghurt with granola. Salad and cheese. Tea, coffee, juice. Cereal and milk. The staff was friendly and nice with daily housekeeping cleaning the room. The location was excellent with the subway nearby with lots of restaurants nearby. Lots more young locals out and about in this neighbourhood."

"The room was spotless, and the large TV was a definite plus. A significant drawback, however, was that whenever the sink was used, water would leak from a gap, flooding the bathroom floor and making the toilet very inconvenient. It seemed to be faulty. I attempted to use the late check-out option, but my international credit card wasn't accepted. To make matters worse, there was no one at the front desk, and I had to wait a considerable amount of time for a staff member to arrive, which was quite frustrating. While it was a bit tricky to find from the station at first, it turned out to be quite close once we got our bearings."

"First off, the location is absolutely fantastic! It's right on the main street of Myeongdong, with a Starbucks directly across the street for easy coffee runs, and an Olive Young right next door which is super convenient for shopping. The only downside is that the room is quite small."

Amazing
SstellarmumuThis is a great hotel, although the rooms are a bit small. The front desk was a little cold during check-in and didn't offer much information. However, during our two-day stay, the service was impeccable and thought-out. For example, at 9:30 PM, when we were buying snacks at the convenience store by the main entrance, the shuttle bus driver proactively asked if we wanted a ride up (we didn't even know there was a shuttle, as the front desk hadn't mentioned it). And you absolutely *must* try the bakery on the first floor – it's Seoul's number one French patisserie.
JJiudianshoucangjiaJackThis hotel was great in every aspect. The lighting, air conditioning, and other features in the room were all controlled by a smart pad next to the bed, which was pretty cool. The hotel's location is excellent; it's right next to Lotte Department Store, and Myeongdong shopping street is also nearby. Deoksugung Palace is across the street, so you can walk there, and Gyeongbokgung Palace isn't too far either, about 1km away, also within walking distance. A heads-up: Korean hotels typically don't provide complimentary toothbrushes. They're usually found in the paid minibar area and cost an additional 1100 won, which is quite different from what you'd find in China.

Aalis_hanaThis hotel is quite close to Olympic Hall and KSPO Dome, and you can definitely walk there, especially since it's in Seoul's tallest building, visible right from the venue. However, the value for money is a bit low; for the same price, I'd recommend Josun Palace. The hotel opened in 2017, but the facilities already feel dated. The view from the top floor isn't as visually appealing as Josun's either. Plus, because of its tower structure, the elevator lobby reminds me of high-rise offices in Shanghai's Pudong. The room type I booked included lounge access, but the offerings there were far inferior to those at the JW Marriott Seoul. On the bright side, it's very convenient to Lotte World below. There's also a street with food and pub options nearby that's bustling with locals even late at night, a walkable but not strictly necessary distance. Unless I need to attend another concert in the vicinity, I probably won't stay here again.
WWolfgang_JoThe Sofitel Ambassador Seoul Hotel & Serviced Residences delivers a generally good stay. The rooms are a comfortable size, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully appointed, making it easy to unwind after a busy day in the city. The fitness center and pool area exceed expectations—spacious, well-equipped, and beautifully maintained.
However, there are a few drawbacks that can impact your experience. Weekend breakfast service is limited to just three fixed time slots (6:30, 8:00, and 9:30 AM). Arriving at 9:00 AM means a 30-minute wait, which feels frustrating compared to hotels that offer rolling buffet times or extra seating. Similarly, the pool requires reservations for certain time windows, and children under 16 aren’t permitted in the locker or changing rooms. This policy makes it awkward for a parent and child—while you can change, your daughter cannot, which seems poorly thought out.
Overall, the Sofitel Ambassador offers top-tier accommodations and amenities, but its rigid scheduling and family-unfriendly pool policies detract slightly from an otherwise wonderful hotel.
KKit YingI had an incredible stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Seoul. The service was exceptional, with a special mention to Jenna, I met the first day with 6 hours flight delay who went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. The housekeeping team was equally outstanding, ensuring my room was always spotless and adding thoughtful touches that enhanced my stay (Thank you for the yummy chocolate pastries and eye masks). The hotel’s facilities, location, and overall atmosphere were flawless, truly embodying luxury and comfort.
The only minor downside was the mattress, which was a bit softer than I prefer. However, this didn’t detract from the amazing experience. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Seoul!
Also no worries about restaurants there, many restaurants you can see nearby. The BBQ restaurant opposite the hotel is absolutely amazing! The two ladies there are incredibly friendly and especially attentive to children. The Korean beef and pork are truly delicious, and the kimchi, along with the slightly spicy mushroom soup, is fantastic. It’s even better than the Michelin one-star BBQ beef restaurant I visited the next day in Gangnam.

LLuy!The hotel is conveniently located near Hyundai Department Store, within walking distance, but the surrounding area is quite quiet. The room I stayed in was very spacious, which is rare for Seoul, offering plenty of room to move around without feeling cramped at all. However, the washbasin was poorly designed and felt narrow even for one person, with no space to put toiletries or personal items, which was a bad experience.
For three consecutive mornings, glass cleaning started on the building exterior around 8 AM. The construction noise was disruptive to sleep.

GGuest UserJW is 5 star because of excellent assistance and service from the Conceirge to bellboy!
Oliver recommended and assisted us to book a nice dinner venue for my family at Seokparang. He even initiated to assist me in booking a cab.
Mason helped us with the luggage. He even took initiative to ask us for our airport transfer car plate number so he can keep a lookout for us. He even initiated to ask us to sit inside the hotel lobby while he kept a lookout for us. As he understood we are rushing to catch the flight, he even helped us to translate to the cab uncle to hurry for us.
All of them speak fluent English, are very warm hearted and takes initiative in offering excellent service with genuine smiles. Our hearts are deeply grateful to them. 5 star 🌟 because of them.
4 star for the rooms don’t have Netflix. It would be great if the family can gather over Netflix entertainment. Small issue though as the service more than cover up for everything! :) We were offered a nice river view which was romantic! Very clean hotel.
Location is excellent as train station and direct bus airport limousine is just by the hotel. Great connectivity.
Will definitely revisit this hotel again.
NNccs2004I stayed here for a night out in Seoul with a close friends from high school, and his wife meeting up in Asia. As always, when staying at the Grand Hyatt, you end up not having a “night out” but rather a “night in” because the amenities at the hotel are spectacular. The live band in the lobby bar, the pool turned into the Girbaud ice skating rink, amazingly cooked steakhouse, the indoor pool, etc etc. We had a great night, and once again, when staying at any Grand Hyatt, you never know who you’ll run into. On this occasion, we had run into solo artist/actor Mr Henry Lau, also from Super Junior, and was he was not only kind enough to take a quick photo with my friend’s wife, but I messed up the photo—and after learning I had bumbled the photo during her opportunity to meet one of her k-pop idols—was willing to take another entire series of photos.
The staff ended up helping me with a medical emergency in the middle of the night and stayed very calm during the entire process. Which I will also report to the company directly.
When traveling to Korea—Seoul, Jeju, etc. and anywhere abroad I often stay at the Grand Hyatt in the King Corner Suite. Such a beautiful room, but on this occasion it was just a normal King River view on 9F. A bit small for 3 people, but they made a sofa bed for me while I gave the couple the bed since I only grabbed the room for us (me) for a few hours before I head back to Wuhan—allowing my friends to enjoy the hotel to themselves after I departed. Easy checkout process for them. It was very nice.
Will definitely be back.
Grand Hyatt <3 !
LLok y fI have booked suite for 4 persons . The room abit small to accommodate 4 ppl . Our luggage no place to settle and please take note this suites not given any tea bags , coffee , body lotions and toothbrush.
All communications for housekeeping and front desk are thru WhatsApp. No phone provided. You are not allowed to use your own salt bath . You need to purchase from them at 20,000won per ball when you use room spa tub
Not many shopping stores around but have a lot of eateries when you cross over to opp buildings from the main traffic light. Please take note of the jams when you’re coming back . Suggest to take mrt which is 5-7 mins walk 🚶♀️. Thank you
EE24211****Stayed for four days, and the room was fantastic and spacious. Basic toiletries were provided, and we really enjoyed our stay. If you need cleaning, just make an appointment. There's a security gate, so it's best to email them for instructions before you go. It's very close to Sindang subway station, which is super convenient.
