"The location is truly unbeatable. The hotel is directly connected indoors to Lotte Mall and Lotte Department Store, so you can shop, buy cosmetics and clothes, and enjoy various international cuisines all in one place without being exposed to the elements. When you're tired from shopping, you can just head straight back to the hotel – it's perfect for shoppers. Getting around is also super convenient. It's quick to take a taxi to various spots in Gangnam, and Jamsil subway station is right downstairs, making travel to and from the city center and attractions hassle-free. Hotel staff are warm and attentive; they were patient and thorough during check-in and when we asked for directions. Although the hotel has been around for some years and the facilities aren't brand new, the rooms are spotlessly clean and hygiene is perfectly maintained. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. This is definitely my top choice when visiting Gangnam and Lotte Tower in Seoul!"

"I was very satisfied with the room; they proactively upgraded me to a suite. The suite was very spacious, and they provided two bottles of Evian mineral water daily. In a country like Korea where a bottle of water costs five won, this was a very thoughtful gesture. The bed was comfortable, it was quiet, and the location was convenient. Lotte Department Store is upstairs, and the duty-free shop is on floors 9-12. Myeongdong shopping district is just across the street, making dining and shopping extremely convenient. The subway station is right outside the door. Check-in is on the 15th floor, and they help with luggage and even escort you to your room after check-in. The only drawback was the lack of a Chinese-speaking front desk, but Korean and English communication was fine. The pool and gym are free for guests aged 16 and above. Housekeeping was prompt, and they proactively asked if we needed more water. Everyone offered service with a smile. I stayed for three consecutive nights and was very satisfied."

"The Grand Walkerhill Hotel, a renowned and established hotel in Seoul, still maintains excellent quality and standards. From the lobby ambiance and public spaces to the overall environment, you can feel the stability and upscale feel of a mature hotel system. The hotel itself covers a large area, with many landscapes and facilities worth exploring slowly; it's not the kind of place you can fully experience in just one night. I particularly love the walking trails around the hotel; they are very green and offer a great sense of a vacation while strolling, providing a rare relaxing space within Seoul city. Transportation is also very convenient, with shuttle buses to and from the city center and airport limousines, which is very reassuring for tourists. Overall, it's a classic hotel with a sense of historical charm, yet the guest experience remains top-notch."

"The room is 30 square meters, which is quite spacious for its category. The surrounding facilities are excellent, with direct access to I'Park Mall, the train station, and duty-free shops via a connected walkway, so you're protected from wind and rain. There are two buildings dedicated to hotels: one is Novotel, and the other houses Ibis and Novotel Suites. All three hotels are interconnected and share a common lobby on the ground floor. The Ibis building has a GS25 convenience store and a casino on its second floor. The location is fantastic; it's quite close to everything. Yeouido, the National Museum, Myeongdong, Hannam-dong, and Ikseon-dong are all basically within a 10,000 KRW Uber ride. The value for money is good on weekdays, but the price doubles on weekends, which feels a bit too much of a jump."

"It is quiet and pleasant. Inside the hotel, there is an astonishingly well-maintained walking trail and the landscaping is incredibly beautiful. All the staff I encounter are kind. The condition of the room is also very clean. It was very close to Gimpo Airport, so the location was good, and there is an aviation museum nearby that children will love."

"I really liked the hotel, its location, and the fact that there was a lot of delicious food and local branded clothing nearby. There was one downside: my iPhone charger went missing. I reported it to the front desk, and the next day, while I was out, they supposedly found the charger under the sofa, even though I hadn't unplugged it from the wall. So, I recommend putting all small items in the safe. Even though it's a minor thing, it left a bad taste in my mouth. 😕"

"I had a wonderful stay at Inspire Hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were so kind and helpful. The facilities were amazing, and everything felt new and luxurious. I really enjoyed my time here and would love to come back again. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Not a bad hotel. The most convenient thing about it is the 24-hour CU (convenience store), whose staff are always friendly and polite. Now I have to mention the downsides, which, to be honest, I wasn’t prepared for at all. The first and main drawback is that I was supposed to get an Executive class room. However, instead, I stayed in a Deluxe class room. Let me clarify right away: I had previously stayed at the Swiss Grand Hotel under the Play&Stay package, which means I didn’t know what room category I would be given until the very end. To make things easier for me and avoid having to check out and check back in, they gave me one standard room for the entire stay. You can imagine my surprise when I found out that my new friend, who also checked in under Play&Stay for the same dates as me, was given an Executive class room – even though she checked in later. So basically, I could have been staying in better conditions. When I received my voucher from Trip.com and saw that it listed a room like my friend’s – nothing like what I actually got – I went to the front desk. The administrator just smiled and shrugged. All he said was, 'You agreed to stay in that room.' Yes, I agreed, but no one told me about any alternatives at check-in… And the situation was NOT resolved at all. That said, I can’t say the conditions in the Deluxe Room were bad (otherwise I wouldn’t have let it slide). It was quite cozy, spacious, and overall pleasant to stay in. That said, one day, the person in charge of housekeeping apparently decided I didn’t need to take a shower, so they removed the shower gel container for a whole day (luckily, I had brought travel-sized ones with me, even though I had hoped I wouldn’t need them). Other than that, everything was fine, and even that somewhat questionable attitude from the staff didn’t ruin my vacation."
