"This was the best location for Tangiers, right on the door step of the wonderful beach and Mall with just a short taxi ride to the Medina and Old Town.
This was ideal for us as we took our mum who is elderly and found it a bonus that everything was quite close. In terms of service, that could be improved as one of the days we got back to our room which had not been cleaned or tidied at all. In terms of facilities, it would have been great if there was a spa in the hotel as we where there for a chillaxed holiday and that would have been the icing on the cake. The staff was friendly and anything we needed they tried their level best to deliver, one staff in particular who did this was Tahar, he was excellent."

"Our stay at Kenzi Salazar Hotel was generally fine, but there were a few points worth noting. The room was comfortable, however the toilet cleanliness could have been better, as it didn’t feel as fresh as expected for a hotel of this level.
The restaurant service was average, staff were polite, but service was a bit slow at times and could be more attentive, especially during busy hours. The food itself was acceptable, though nothing particularly memorable.
Overall, the hotel offers a decent stay, but improving cleanliness standards and restaurant service would definitely enhance the guest experience."

The facilities are quite new, the room type is spacious, and the bed is comfortable and easy to sleep in. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area.
## Cleanliness
The hygiene is exceptionally clean and tidy. After traveling from the desert in Fes and Chefchaouen, staying at the Hilton felt like returning to modern civilization. The bath towels, in particular, were incredibly soft and fluffy.
## Environment
The location is excellent; it's across from the train station and next to the Tangier City Center Mall. We were also able to park for free in the underground parking lot since we drove. The outdoor pool and terrace on the 13th floor face the Mediterranean Sea, and the sea view from the 15th-floor restaurant is superb!
## Service
The service is beyond words. I got an upset stomach in Chefchaouen, so when I arrived in Tangier, I had to let my partner enjoy the Hilton lounge daily while I rested and recovered. As a Hilton high-tier member, the service was excellent, with complimentary breakfast and executive lounge access. The welcome fruit platter was also more generous than most I've seen in China. During Happy Hour, there was one meat dish, one vegetarian dish, one type of sandwich, two desserts, and over 10 varieties of alcoholic beverages."

"The hotel is very well located (with a view of the marina), clean, and very well maintained. The staff is attentive and very friendly. The breakfast is also of very good quality.
A huge thank you to Mr. Berrada, the hotel manager, for offering us an additional room because we had booked two double rooms with extra beds (for teenagers), but the rooms were too small to accommodate these beds. A very kind gesture, much appreciated.
I definitely recommend it without hesitation."

"OMG such a Amazing hotel, from the moment you walk to get in, you will be friendly greeted by a security, good and fast check in, nice clean rooms!! And the staff so nice and friendly.. shout out to the wonderful frontdesk lady on 30-11-2024 that helped me a lot, and at the restaurant the wonderful Ali and the amazing cheff that cooked such an amazing Moroccan dish.."

GGuest UserFrom Casablanca to tangier. The trip is amazing and definitely the apartment is a pluuuus. Good surroundings and nice staff. Landry is sooooo needed especially travel for some days. They offered good service to do laundry without extra fee. Quiet neighborhood which can see the city view. Zak the host recommend a restaurant super close and it is yummy. The price and service definitely much worthy than Casablanca. Will recommend to my friend to book here too if they will travel to Tangier.
If u have a lot luggages then prepare that there is no elevator but the staff will help u for sure. Soooo no worries. The food portion is a lot for me so I am glad they have refrigerator, forks, spoons and plates too so I still can have it next day after I took away the food from the restaurant.

GGuest UserOur first time in Morocco and this hotel, adjacent to a stunningly beautifully restored bullfighting complex now used for cultural events, was beautiful also and the staff are outstanding. Every request was greeted with an enthusiastic response and immediate action. The hotel is only 1.5 years old and easily accessible from downtown, the walled markets and the airport. They have a restaurant open during business hours for guests and a breakfast buffet that was above and beyond. No pool , but wifi was good and staff were attentive and helpful. Would stay there again without question.

바바다마음SeaI found this place like a gem while looking for accommodation in Tangier!! I highly recommend it!! I purposely chose this place near the train station to travel to Casablanca. It was spacious and clean, and most of all, the staff were very friendly! I went to a local restaurant recommended by the staff, and it was the best restaurant I had during my trip.

Hhicham abourouhSorry to say that we do not believe the hotel is up to its 5 star standard. It is a good hotel and the hotel does take care to look after it and make it enjoyable for people staying but if you are expecting 5 star quality it will let you down. In the room, inside the kettle, the coffee cup and the spoon were dirty (these hadn’t had a clean before us arriving), there was an awful sewage smell coming from the drain in the shower so bad that if we didn’t shut the bathroom door ah all times our room smelt revolting (this was room 336) I don’t know if it’s a general thing or just unlucky with the room. It felt like at times staff would favour people who have stayed at the hotel before (regulars) or people who had been staying there for a few days rather than welcoming new people. Finally, to top off our stay here, 5am we needed to leave for the airport, we asked the reception if he would kindly just call us a taxi, he told us this would be a charge of 250 DHR (we already knew this should have been no more than 150), we said no thank you walked into the street and got a taxi for 100 DHR. Very bad

GGuest UserFirst of all, the room is similar to expectations. Because I wanted to take CTM to Shefshavan, I wanted to find a place close to the station to stay, so I chose this hotel and walked for 10 minutes. The staff are very friendly. The room is large, the bathroom and shower are separated, breakfast starts at 7 o'clock, there are several options, it is good. There is a bank opposite the hotel, and there is a small shop to buy a phone card. It is more convenient.

SSteve101Stayed here many times, very good central location. Rooms of variable quality, a few have balconies, plenty hot water, nice pool and garden, unfortunately deckchairs are no longer allowed in garden...only round the pool.
Breakfast is OK, bit expensive, nice cafes just round corner offer better coffee and value.
Garden used as gaint bar / restaurant / spanish caberet in summer evenings, can be noisy in pool side rooms, in evening, but I dont mind it.

GGuest UserGreat property and in a perfect location. Just outside the chaos of the Medina but very central. Good breakfast, comfortable mattresses, good soundproofing. The only flaw is the shower that tends to flood the bathroom.

HHOSEINI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Andalucia Hotel, and I must say, I was pleasant by staffs because staffs were more friendly then last vsit.
The Andalucia Hotel's charm and elegance remain unmatched, with its stunning décor, comfortable rooms, and top-notch amenities.
Overall, my experience at the Andalucia Hotel was truly delightful, Thank you front desk team they really do good job. Especially khaustha ( maybe i spell wrong ) & ikram and ayyoub is was always their and help me out i will go back soon again surely.
Apart from restaurant staffs seems bit shy and not much attentive, and some few things which i don’t like was thier as well but few things can’t compare the good part. I hope my next day will be perfect.

FFoggy moonIt was my first time in Morocco, so I was nervous, but my taxi ride from the airport was a breeze. The reception staff were very polite, and I think they spoke English to me, French, Arabic, and even Spanish to others. They also told me about a tour available at the hotel during breakfast, and when I joined, the guide was very experienced and wonderful. I was able to see many sights I wouldn't have been able to see on my own, and we were able to talk about various things, which was a really great experience. Even when I made a little mess in my hotel room, I showed the female staff member a translation and she kindly helped me out. While tourists stare at me when I walk alone around the area, within a 15-minute walk of the tourist area, there are some aggressive touts, but I still have a great time and fully enjoy the exotic atmosphere.
