"Check-in and the stay went smoothly until 11 PM. Later, however, there was a major issue with the air conditioning settings. We wanted it to be quiet; initially, it was, as the unit had turned itself off. But after we fell asleep, it kicked back on after 20 minutes. I turned it off, yet 20 minutes later it started up again on its own, with the fan running at the lowest setting. We turned it off again—this time using the "Do Not Disturb" mode—but that didn't help; it turned on once more. Next, I set the temperature to 27°C; that worked for 45 minutes, as it didn't activate during that time. But when it finally did kick in, it ran at maximum power—making an incredible amount of noise—and it was already around 2 AM. Every time I turned it off, it would restart at full power after just a minute—it was a nightmare. I went to the reception and called several times; the receptionist seemed to be asleep but finally woke up and turned the AC off completely. Thanks to that, we managed to fall asleep around 3 AM, only to be woken up at 6 AM for our 8 AM flight. It was the worst night I’ve ever experienced in a hotel."

"Arrived after 1pm on a Sunday, and checked in, to be told I’m early and return after 2:30pm (check in @2pm according to site. What a shame and lack of hospitality. Room looked good, some carpet stains but ok. Hardly any amenities for a four star. No facial tissues, no hand lotion, no water. No creamer for coffee. Bed comfortable. Curtains broken but managed to close them. Front desk staff don’t answer calls. Poorly managed, deteriorating hotel."
