"Second stay, breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is clean, luxurious, and in a superb location. This time I stayed in the main building, the view from the door was unbeatable. I'll definitely come back; I heard there's a swimming pool, I'll try it next time."

"Beautiful hotel. Impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. Spacious rooms with all the mod cons, including a coffee machine and a large selection of drinks in the mini bar. Extremely comfy beds and great quality linen. Parking is easy and secure. Extremely professional and friendly staff. The breakfast was good and the lady serving breakfast was absolutely fabulous, so polite, friendly and welcoming. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again."

Arthotel Lasserhaus ★★★★

📍 Stuflergasse 10, Bressanone

"A beautiful hotel on the outside, maintaining its original features inside, paired with modern furnishings. Very convenient for exploring the city, with a covered garage, extremely friendly staff, and excellent cleanliness. The room is spacious and very quiet, with very comfortable beds. A welcome drink is offered, especially at a nearby bar, and an excellent breakfast is served at another hotel a two-minute walk away. A lounge with a coffee/tea machine, pastries, and dried fruit is available to guests 24/7."

Haller Suites & Restaurant
9.4 (12 reviews)

Haller Suites & Restaurant ★★★★

📍 Weinbergstr. 68, Bressanone

"The hotel is situated above Brixen in the vineyards, offering a beautiful view of the town. Unfortunately, a bus only runs once an hour to and from Brixen, and the last bus departs at 7:15 pm, which is quite early for summer. Walking back to the hotel can be quite strenuous as the path is very steep. Aside from a sauna on the rooftop terrace, there are no recreational activities available. The rooms lack air conditioning and are shaded from the sun by thick curtains. The food is very good, including the breakfast, which is served at a wide variety of options. A glass of Prosecco and some fish would be nice additions. If you can't eat everything, which is usually the case, the leftovers have to be thrown away. This is a shame, as it's no longer acceptable in this day and age, given the need to protect the environment and reduce food waste."

📍 Terzo Di Sotto 13, Bressanone

"Everything was fine, the service was very friendly, the breakfasts fully met our expectations, the ski boot dryers were excellent, the room was spacious, and in the evenings, you could use the hall with sofas. The only thing to consider is the very slow elevator, and even if you wanted to go to -1, it always stopped at level 0, requiring you to go back to level -1. A very pleasant stay, and a very good location – the bus to Plose stops right next to the hotel, and the city center is only a few minutes' walk away."

📍 Dorfstraße, 19, Brixen

"We have stayed at this hotel twice already while travelling in the Dolomites. A wonderful family hotel, the owners themselves are active and constantly involved in communicating with guests. High cuisine, very tasty breakfasts and dinners, an incredible wine list. Great atmosphere in all rooms. Good location, 40-50 minutes to most Dolomite treks, 5 minutes to the town of Bressanone."

"An unforgettable, must-do stay in Bressanone. We spent two (winter) nights at Hotel Bressanone, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The hotel is picturesque, beautifully preserved, and thoughtfully restored, with a real sense of pride in both its history and hospitality. Travelling from Australia, we felt genuinely welcomed and couldn’t fault a thing. A special shout-out to Roberta, who made breakfast extra bright and cheery each morning — she’s an absolute asset to the hotel and made our stay even more memorable!"

"Located in the center of town. The inn is beautiful and the town is amazing as well. We had a renovated room - gorgeous with a beautiful view. Furthermore, the staff are incredibly nice and helpful. We had an issue and they stepped in to assist us as strangers who don’t speak the language. The true meaning of hospitality. I would highly recommend the Adler as a wonderful place to stay."

"We love staying in the Dolomites and finding hotel treasures, and this is one of them! The hotel has character and charm—you not only have a fantastic experience but also get a daily dose of the historical feel. We had breakfast in a nearby cafe, which was also simply delicious—with many options. The room was spacious and had everything you need - huge bath and shower. The only thing is that during summer, it might get a little warm inside, as it is a historic building! But all worth it! And also, for interior and art lovers, this hotel tick it off! The city centre is just a tiny bridge away - good restaurants, ice cream, drinks, and so much more. Fun to mention: there is also a tiny sauna and wine cellar, and some of the rooms feature art installations."

"Spacious room with an extremely comfortable bed and lovely curtains. Everything was clean and well maintained. Good soundproofing and a large balcony with table and chairs. Friendly, attentive staff who spoke German, Italian and English. They went out of their way to take an interest in guests and I felt really well looked after. Breakfast was great with plenty of sweet or savoury options, including freshly cooked eggs and pancakes. Dinner was fantastic and they were quick to find alternative dishes if requested. Every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. The folder with hotel/local info was useful, as well as weather forecast/daily suggestions on the table at breakfast. Great location with the cable car just a few minutes away. A short drive or bus ride and you're in Bressanone."

"The environment is first-class, with blue and green hues everywhere, very soothing. The front desk staff were very welcoming and attentive, carefully helping us find routes for the area. The public swimming pool is actually quite private; we didn't know that and went in wearing our swimsuits… Luckily, we realized in time and came out immediately!"
