"My mom and I stayed here for a concert that was 30 minutes away. We arrived late Friday evening and was gone all day Saturday. When we got back Saturday night at midnight, it was really hot in the room, so I contacted the front desk and told her I didn’t think the air was working. She told “maintenance”. I heard him ask why were we just now calling. He came in asked if we touched the unit and then left and came back with a shop vac and vacuumed it out and said it would be good to go and said 74 is a perfect temperature. It indeed did not work so I told them again and this time the “maintenance man” was now the “manager”. I asked if we could change rooms. They said they didn’t have any more double rooms. Finally after 30 minutes-1 hour they finally gave me a single room. I didn’t get reimbursed for a double for that night. I will most likely not stay here again. The “maintenance man” or “manager” whatever he was, was very rude."
