"Not as I expected as 5star hotel n resort. My room has big fungi spot at d wall really not nice to see. There were not sleepers, laundry bag, floor towel,hand towels, I have to call the hotel than they delivered it to me. There were no stationary too. Breakfast just fine with small choices and there were no napkins. They only provide small square n sharing tissue box at the buffet table. Not comfort for me with toddler to go repeatedly to take tissues. The atmosphere was nice and separated with d new building"

Almost everything looks so old and ‘out of service’. I had to ask for the worker to help me with the bag bcs it was so far away and I was shocked they didnt offer to bring it to my room in the first place. The restaurant was nice but I book without the restaurant and it is so unbelievably expensive for what i get."

"Booked this hotel for just a “transit” since my shuttle to the airport leaves at 6.30AM. The hotel is located at a very strategic location, lots of restaurants nearby. The service was also excellent from check-in to check-out, however the cleanliness can definitely be improved. The are small stains on the bed and in the toilet itself. Pretty much rundown. The lights are also very dim. I didnt bother to complain since I was just there for the night. For a quick night stay, its fine but not a place where i’ll stay if im staying in bukittinggi for few nights."
