"We booked this hotel because we wanted to save a little bit of money and it was nearby several of the attractions we wanted to check out like Gruyeres Caslte, the cheese factory and Maison Cailler. We came at night and were pleasantly surprised by the view we found from our window and the nearby Chateau Bulles. Bulles seems like a pleasant town but we didn't stay too long because we had quite a few activities planned nearby as we made our way through Switzerland with a car. The room felt charming and cozy. We appreciated that it had a Nescafe machine, a seating area, a desk and an adapter beside the bed. The bed was comfy and we got a good night's rest. The shower was good too but you may want to consider bringing your own hair products because they have an all in one dispenser. The front desk at the hotel has limited hours and closes fairly early and opens around 9 am. We were a little confused because we had "pre-paid" but our booking showed we had to pay at the desk so we waited a while and found out we were ok to go. We checked in after hours and the hotel had emailed us a code for their lockbox and it dropped down our room key. There is plenty of street parking near the hotel that is free in the evening and up until 8 am. The hotel also has a few free spots right in front of the hotel which was convenient. This was a nice hotel and would be a good base if you're planning to spend a few nights in the area because there are quite a few things to check out nearby. There are also a few good restaurants and cafes nearby."

"The most epic part was breakfast, which ran out pretty quickly and wasn't replenished. Water, juice, coffee, bread, and so on were available. But the scrambled eggs/omelettes were apparently limited."

"One of the sweetest, warmest hotels I've had the pleasure of visiting on my business trips. And the best part: if you don't want to leave, there's a very good restaurant that's part of the hotel but is also a gem. What I appreciated most was the attention to detail, from the breakfast buffet and the service to the bed. The staff puts in a lot of effort, and by the second day, they already knew my drink preferences. Furthermore, each room is personally inspected by the receptionist and made improvements if necessary."

"I was very disappointed as i requested early check in the morning when I arrived. They said ok but the reception did not inform me that the early check in would be chargeable. They charged me 50 CHF on check out for a few hours which I felt was unfair especially since they did not inform me. I request the hotel credit back as they must inform the client."

"Upon our arrival, well before check-in time, the receptionist welcomed us very kindly and explained everything that was happening at the hotel. The room was already ready, so we were able to access it immediately. We received two free tickets to the Charmey baths, which was very much appreciated. In the evening, we ate a delicious meal at the hotel, served by a very pleasant waiter. The breakfast was as good as the hotel, excellent. I can only recommend it and I plan to return soon."

"Wonderful stay! I had to work part of the day (in IT) and was easily able to do that from my room. But more importantly, the bed was very comfortable, I had a small couch to use as a reading spot, the view was spectacular from my room, and the service was excellent. I had dinner in the restaurant, I did think to make a reservation as it did get quite busy and was glad I did. The food was excellent. Bulle is a wonderful town and my visit was excellent."
