"Aloha Apartments are an excellent place to stay in Norfolk Island. It is ideally situated in the centre of the town (only town) with all shops, restaurants and stores a short stroll away. "Staff are lovely! The accommodation is 31/2 star as advised. You really need a car to get around. Emily beach is beautiful and there are good hiking spots. Continental breakfast was not value for money but we had a beautiful fish dinner at the restaurant. Enjoyed the visit but 5 days would have been perfect."

"Rail greeted us with friendly hospitality and gave amazing advice for touring the island. Lovely clean rooms toaster and coffee machine made it easy to have breakfast and cook in our room instead of eating out. "

"We found Ocean Breeze to be very comfortable, very well-equipped, and well located. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook the few simple meals we prepared (actually we could have cooked more complex meals, but we were on holidays!) The living area was ample with comfortable seating. There is a TV and DVD player (BYO DVDs - Norfolk Island TV isn't much, and there were very few DVDs in the library - don't bring Blu-rays). The bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was fairly spacious with plenty of hot water. The whole unit was spotlessly clean. There is a nice little patio for sitting outside and enjoying the spectacular view of Philip Island, and the units are cleverly placed to ensure that no one looks into anyone else's space."

"Visited dog lunch excellent location on a deck overlooking a valley / food and service as well as the cold beer excellent . Run by ex South Africans the food has a SA flavour with Vetkoek on no the menu and it was delicious.😋 Recommend a visit if not staying at the on site accommodation."

"Great cabin and excellent facilities, thoroughly recommend staying at Whispering Pines. Quiet and only a short drive to Burnt Pine. The provision of extra things like a picnic basket and beach towels was certainly a surprise, even a French press in the kitchen."

"The location was central to Burnt Pine and easy walking distance to shops. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. The room was large and with a scenic outlook. The area was quiet and I enjoyed being woken up by a rooster crowing. The service was friendly and accommodating. The meals were nutritious. I would be happy to stay at South Pacific Resort Hotel when I revisit Norfolk Island."

"Great location, close to everything, comfortable, spacious, great balcony and friendly hosts. Car hire available. Laundry on site. Never heard other guests. Tour companies collect from just out on the street. Walk to restaurants. Happily go back"
