"The smell in the corridor and room was a cross between stale smoke and dirty mop and was really off putting. The bathroom looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned for a while, with hairs and dirt everywhere. The desk chair was broken and the windowsill was rotten. The view from the window was a demolition site. However, the bed was clean and comfortable and the shower worked well. "

"I stayed at Premier Inn and had a wonderful experience. Megan and Caroline were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. They even took time out of their day to help me organize and book my journey back home to Malta while I was still staying there. They are genuinely lovely people, professional, kind, and always willing to help. Their excellent customer service made my stay much easier and more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel, and I would like to thank Megan and Caroline for all their help and support.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"The Hotel was clean and welcoming Our room was on the second floor but a lift made it easy to get to It had a walk in shower rather than a bath and was clean and quiet the blackout curtains worked well and we had a great nights sleep Within 2min walk there was a pub a Costa and KFC , worth pre booking if you want a meal in the pub , overall a great value hotel if visiting in the Penzance area"
