"The hotel was near the venue of the forum (JCLEC AKPOL) and it was quite easy to secure Grab rides from there. The hotel exceeded my expectations. It has two (2) restaurants: Serajoe and Vue. Both have helpful waitstaff and there's live music in Vue. The housekeeping was also great. My room was kept pleasantly clean and tidy. Actually, the whole hotel staff -- from those at the entrance to the reception to sales -- was helpful and friendly without becoming too familiar with the guests. If there's anything I would like changed, it would be the aroma used in the lobby... it's a little sharp to the nostrils. Gave me a light headache. Luckily, my nose adjusted or got used to the smell on the second day of my stay. I'll definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises."

When my nephew left his e-toll card in the room, the hotel staff kept it, and when we get back to this hotel, we ask for the e-toll card and they handed it back to us. But the food in the breakfast is awful. The toilet bowl is dirty. I don't think I will come and stay in this hotel again."
