"This hotel is absolutely not to be stayed at! Two girls and I stayed there, and a drunk man came in the middle of the night and stayed out for half an hour! We called the front desk, and it took ages for them to come. The next day, they said it had nothing to do with the hotel. I complained repeatedly and didn't sleep a wink all night, I was terrified! A manager finally came out and said he'd refund one night's room fee, but I didn't record what he said! When Ctrip contacted him, he said he never said that! They're just trying to trick me out of my place! Is this hotel even safe to stay at?"

"The design and layout of the hotel are excellent. Breakfast was very good and with various choices. The room was clean and spotless at check in, but the housekeeping need to be more careful when refreshing the rooms as they were not cleaning the basics everyday. But we had a great experience as the staff did a great job especially at the reception."

"I had a beautiful, spacious room with a wonderful view over the city. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a real comfort during the warm September days. The Wi-Fi connection occasionally dropped, and there was a bit of a shortage of shower gel, but these were minor inconveniences. Breakfast was good in quality, though the selection was not very extensive. One downside was that people were smoking in the breakfast room, which affected the atmosphere. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming - always ready to help with a smile and to make sure guests felt at ease. Their warm approach really enhanced the overall experience. Overall, a comfortable stay in a central location, with just a few small areas for improvement. I would gladly return for the spacious rooms, great location, and especially the excellent service at the front desk."

"The room was so comfortable and very spacious, especially the bed. Located in a quiet location, the apartments were clean, provided 24/7 access and are secure. The owners Stevan and Victor could not have been more helpful, even arranging to collect me from the airport on a late arrival at 02.30! Just a lovely walk down a hill to the old bridge, main square and all the attractions, it was a perfect location for me. I will be staying here again if I visit this lovely city again."

"While traveling in the Balkans, we spent only one night in Skopje and it was at the View Inn, chosen on Booking. Our late arrival in the capital of North Macedonia had us wandering around the lower town a bit before gaining height to reach the hotel. Our host was also worried about this delay. Parking our vehicle very close to the entrance to the establishment allowed us to easily drop off our luggage and then settle into our 2 rooms with a view, breathtaking by night and day. We also took advantage of our 2 respective balconies and spent a very good, peaceful night. We had traveled a lot of kilometers from Ljubljana! The buffet breakfast satisfied us because the dinner the day before was light. The welcome of our host, smiling and attentive, is to be highlighted. Really recommended."
