"There are only 3 rooms, 2 with a/c : mine was very big, clean, nicely decorated, big bathroom, comfy mattress. I stayed 3 nights at the end of Nov. (no mosquitoes). Quiet environment. From the terrace you can see two volcanoes, in front and behind your eyes. Complimentary tea and coffee throughout the day. Morning breakfast (indonesian style) starts at 7. Just a little smell in the dining room where 6 cats are being fed. The owner is a very helpful lady who speaks very good English. Motorbike rental. 20 minutes walking to the city center. Ask your taxi driver to take you to the suburb of Bet'heda : minimum fare by ojek from the airport : 50k. Highly recommended."

"We stayed overnight for transit. The hotel is in strategic location, only 10 minutes by car to the airport. The hotel is in the same building with a shopping mall. They upgraded our rooms from deluxe to super deluxe with no additional charge. It’s fantastic to overlook the night views of Gamalama mountain and the city light from the balcony at night. The breakfast provided on 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. However, due to our early flight, the hotel prepared some meals earlier so we could have our breakfast before check out. What an excellent experience!"

"My wife and I stayed 2 nights, arriving at 6PM by taxi($10) from the TTE Airport. A welcoming receptionist copied our passports, processed the payment and presented our key card with the wifi code. We took the elevator to the 2nd floor. Room #219 was spacious, clean & wood floored. Cold water bathroom with liquid soap had the dreaded rain head shower with toilet(uncurtained), then a nice closet, a comfortable king across a large TV(two K-VISIONs, Nt. Geo. & RI World in English and many Indonesian channels including CNBC & CNN), long shelf desk with hotpot(coffee, tea & water)excellent lighting/reading lights, good secure wifi, 4 outlets, quiet wall AC with a remote & an opening window view of the city and the distant Molucca Sea. The 6AM breakfast buffet was largely Indonesian; we had watermelon, asked for a small omelet, toast & cake with regular coffee. Overall, a good value hotel with pleasant staff for a quiet night’s sleep."
