"Breakfast is very bad. No variety. Cold food. Food is definitely not fresh. Hashbrowns tasted like rubber (very dry) We had burgers for dinner, although the burgers tasted good, we waited for over an hour for our food, while there were only 3 tables to be served. Staff is friendly, rooms and beds are very small, but price is decent, so it makes up for the size. I will stay here but have all of my meals at another restaurant."

Feels like living in a really large house, with friendly staff who make an effort to ensure you have a good stay. "The wifi stopped working on Friday, and didn't come back. On Friday night, a pair of guests felt that it was necessary to ensure that we were all distinctly aware of their sexual activity in the most explicit way possible. There were also people yelling through the halls until the wee hours of the morning. If your looking for a motel for a quick shag, this is it. If you want rest before a day of work, I would suggest you look elsewhere."

"We had booked a luxury suite but it was difficult to get into because the door fitted badly and we almost had to kick it to open it. The dividing door between the lounge area and the bedroom also fitted badly and was difficult to open and close. The wardrobes were also of poor quality and didn’t fit very well. It was all very clean and the bathroom was spacious with a bath and a very good shower. We ate in the restaurant which has a buffet and a la carte. When we arrived the buffet was already laid out but no one was using it. We had the a la carte menu and it was at least another hour before anyone went to the buffet by which time everything must have been dried up. When we came to sign the bill to our room we were told that because our credit card hadn’t been pre approved on check in we must go to reception first. I said I would pay on check out and went to my room. I was in bed and almost asleep when reception rang saying my credit card hadn’t been pre approved and I needed to go and sort it out. I ignored them and paid on check out."

"Definitely not a 4-star establishment anymore. Tired and in need of some TLC. Staff disinterested (except for the lady attending in the breakfast room, she was polite and friendly). Things didn’t work properly, run down. Could hear the highway traffic through closed windows and drawn curtains, so take earplugs if you consider staying here (they should come complimentary in the rooms). The barn door bathroom door also didn’t close flush to the wall and creaked when sliding it (which may be an issue if you have a noise or smell sensitive companion in the room). Note the breakfast room is upstairs. No one helped with luggage, not a problem for us, but kind of expected to have this service offered at a 4 star rated establishment for those who may need it. There is secure parking and it’s in a residential suburb close to lots of malls and eating options. Fairly easy access to the highway too. So not all bad. Just don’t expect 4 star, be capable of walking up stairs and take earplugs."

"We stayed at Leopard Song for 4 days. Upon arrival we felt immediately welcomed and at home. We were a big loud group and Joretha handled us fabously! The views to the golf course and the sunset in the evenings were definitely a highlight for us. The Honesty Bar worked great and every evening we would go and have a drink on the balcony and watch the sunset. The staff was amazing and we were greeted with a smile every morning! The location makes it super easy to travel to PTA or Joburg wiithout a problem. We wil definitely be staying at Leopard Song again when we return to SA for a family visit. Regards from Germany"
