Please keep small children under adult supervision at all times. ⌂ Please make sure all doors / sliding doors are securely closed before leaving the property during your stay. ⌂ You are welcome to walk the surrounding site, please use caution if doing so, use proper shoes and clothing, bug repellent, and take necessary precautions if in the presence of wildlife. ☼CLEANLINESS☼⌂ Our home is your home, so we kindly request that you treat the property with respect as if it were your own, so keep it clean and tidy as much as possible.⌂ We provide basic cleaning supplies and additional sheets and towels. However, please be mindful this is a cabin in the woods so we cannot control bugs occasionally entering the house or found dead inside (this a good sign as we have a pest control service). ◘ To avoid bugs entering the cabin during your stay, we ask that you please keep all doors and sliding doors always closed. ◘ If you happen to see a bug inside the cabin please let us know, and we can schedule our pest control service. We don't foresee this being an issue during your stay, but we wanted to mention it.◘ Trash cans are located at the bottom of the driveway. While all roads are paved including the driveway, it can be difficult to navigate during the winter months. We highly recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle in the winter months, but even with 4 wheel drive it can be difficult or impossible to navigate in the snow.We recommend insuring your trip in the winter months when there can be harsh weather. We cannot offer refunds due to harsh weather conditions that make it difficult or impossible to get to the home as this is beyond our control.There are about 15 stairs leading up to the front door. There is a ramp that mitigates most of the stairs, but you will still have to climb about 5-6 steps to enter the property.Pets are welcome for an additional $125 fee per booking.
