We cannot offer refunds due to harsh weather conditions that make it difficult or impossible to get to the home as this is beyond our control.There are about 10 stairs leading from the parking area down to the property. There are about 20 stairs from the back deck down to the hot tub/fire pit area. We have a parking area that can accommodate up to 3 vehicle’s comfortably or 4 vehicles snug. Pets are welcome for an additional $125 fee per booking.
