"We stayed at Jharna Resort from 4th to 5th January 2025. While the resort has a pleasant ambiance and is good for relaxation, there are a few areas that need improvement. The food was not very tasty, and the menu was quite limited. Room service was average and could be more prompt. The resort could benefit from adding more amenities like indoor games and swings for photo enthusiasts. Additionally, the management didn’t seem very proactive in assisting with safari bookings, and there doesn’t appear to be a proper tie-up with safari gates. Overall, it’s a decent place, but there’s room for enhancement."

For those early morning safaris, the resort went above and beyond, providing delicious packed breakfasts with a fantastic selection (we loved choosing from Poha, Upma, Parathas, Omelettes, and Sandwiches!), ***** with refreshing cold water. And for our afternoon excursions, we were pleasantly surprised with thoughtful snacks, cold juice, and more water – they truly anticipate your every need! The ambience of the resort itself is an experience not to be missed. Situated right next to a vibrant waterhole, their Machan offers an unparalleled spot for wildlife spotting – it's magical! Plus, it's wonderfully kid-friendly, making it perfect for families. "We had booked a suite. Washbasin tap had no water. Hotel staff saw but didn't solve it. They dint have inhouse plumber. Food not so good. There were cockroaches in bathroom and room. It's mainly a banqueting & conferences hotel not for rooms only. Overall not a good experience. But options are limited in chandrapur. Hope somebody starts a better hotel in chandrapur."
