The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations, and I appreciated the relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. Stayed for three days and genuinely enjoyed it. First of all, the location is excellent—just a few steps from the subway entrance, making it convenient to visit attractions and commercial areas, saving me a lot on taxi fares. The room was larger than I expected, with good air circulation when the window was open. The bedding was clean and odor-free, and the sound insulation was great, allowing me to sleep soundly at night. The front desk staff, Xiao Zhang, was particularly warm and friendly. She noticed we had children and proactively upgraded our room type to include a small sofa, also offering extra mineral water. When my child begged for snacks, she actually brought a handful of candies! The breakfast wasn't luxurious, but it included porridge, side dishes, and freshly cooked noodles, which were warm and comforting. On the day of check-out, it was raining, and they even lent us an umbrella—a thoughtful touch. WWCC Overall, this stay was a no-regret experience with excellent value for money. This hotel is super close to Tianfu Square, which makes getting around and finding places to eat incredibly convenient. It's less than 500 meters from Tianfu Square Station on Metro Line 2. From there, you can easily transfer at Xipu Station on Line 2 to catch the high-speed train to attractions like Panda Valley, Mount Qingcheng, and Dujiangyan. Plus, transferring at Chengdu East Station on Line 2 for high-speed trains to Huanglong and Jiuzhaigou is a breeze. After a day of sightseeing, it's just a ten-minute walk back to the Sichuan Opera Theatre by 8 PM to catch the amazing 'Furong Guocui' (Sichuan Opera is the best in the world) face-changing show. The hotel is also conveniently located for walking or taking a taxi to Chunxi Road Plaza, where you can see the panda climbing the wall and experience the naked-eye 3D. The hotel facilities are very new, complete with a fridge and a washing machine, and the rooms are wonderfully quiet. A special shout-out to the front desk lady who was incredibly warm and thoughtful. Seeing that our child was a bit big, she upgraded us to a room with three 1.5-meter beds, which really helped us unwind from our journey without any hassle.

This hotel is perfect for families with kids. The two rooms are spacious enough, and the location is excellent, making it easy to get anywhere. The hotel's robot delivery service for takeout is also fantastic! Sometimes ordering takeout to the hotel is even cheaper than buying it myself from the store, and the robot delivers it right to your room door, which is great!

Facilities: The facilities are very comprehensive. Cleanliness: The room was cleaned daily and was very neat and tidy. Service: The ladies at the front desk were very warm and hospitable. Environment: The environment is great, the room is spacious, and the bathroom is also very large. Located next to Tianfu Square, which should be considered downtown, it's very convenient to go anywhere. It's close to Chunxi Road, Kuanzhai Alley, and People's Park, all within a 30-minute walk.

Environment: The hotel is conveniently located near Tianfu Square, right by Metro Exit F. It's easy to exit with luggage, but a bit tricky to enter. The escalator wasn't working on a rainy day. Service: The staff were enthusiastic. However, the breakfast menu labels need to be more precise to prevent allergic reactions. Also, there might not be enough staff during breakfast in the restaurant. There's a laundry room with staff assisting with washing and drying. Since we were departing after 2 PM, we requested a late checkout until 2 PM, and the front desk happily approved – excellent! Facilities: There's a laundry room with dryers, and the breakfast was quite good. Hygiene: The first room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. The second room we were moved to was better, but still had some minor issues (eyebrow on the pillow). Overall, it was decent.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Xiao Xie was extremely helpful. I was sick during one of the days and she helped me get medicine and even a cold compress. I loved staying here so much that we came back again to stay. The hotel is very clean and convenient too! We loved the breakfast as well. Will definitely stay here if we come again. The room was large and comfortable, and the location was excellent, just imagine it was just right next to the Ritz-Carlton. There's a metro station nearby, making it a great accommodation option for travelers those who need to use public transportation.

On my first day in Chengdu, I chose this hotel. The facilities are quite new, and there's no old, musty smell. The location is great, with a FamilyMart and some small restaurants nearby. You can easily get to Kuanzhai Alley with a shared bike. After exploring, just take the subway to Chunxi Road for dinner, then it's about a 15-minute walk back to the hotel.

The location is super convenient! It's an easy walk to Taikoo Li and really close to Tianfu Square and the Chengdu Museum. The room was spotless and smelled fresh. The staff were polite and quick to help with any requests. The bathroom and facilities were in perfect condition, and it was really quiet at night, which made for a great sleep. Overall, I had an excellent experience, and the best part is the room was spacious, making it comfortable whether you're just passing through or staying a while.
