My stay at the Hongxingqiao branch was absolutely fantastic and truly made our trip to Chengdu unforgettable. From the unique room design to the unbeatable location, everything was just perfect. The highlight of our stay was definitely the room. We booked a two-story loft-style apartment, and it was an absolute vibe! Having a duplex layout made the space feel so much larger and more luxurious than a standard hotel room. The view from the large windows was stunning, offering a great perspective of the city. The apartment was impeccably clean, well-furnished, and had a very modern, cozy atmosphere. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. One of the biggest conveniences was the in-room washing machine. After traveling for several days, having access to a washer was an absolute lifesaver! It’s such a thoughtful amenity that made our stay so much more comfortable and hassle-free. The location is another massive plus. The hotel is incredibly well-situated, with the Hongxingqiao subway station literally just a few steps away. This made exploring all the famous Chengdu attractions an absolute breeze. On top of that, there are shops and convenience stores right downstairs, so grabbing snacks, drinks, or any essentials was super easy. We had such a great time in Chengdu, and this hotel played a huge part in that. We were completely delighted with our choice and left feeling 100% satisfied. If you are looking for a stylish, clean, and convenient place to stay in Chengdu, look no further. We will definitely be booking this hotel again on our next visit!

From the moment I walked in, I had a great feeling about this place. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive and efficient, and they were quick to respond to any questions. The hotel environment is elegant, and the common areas are clean and spacious. My room was meticulously cleaned, even the corners were spotless, and there was absolutely no strange odor. The mattress was just right in terms of firmness, and the pillows were comfortable, making for a truly restful sleep after a long day of travel. The bathroom facilities worked well, and the hot water came quickly. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; I wasn't disturbed by any outside noise at all. The location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The price is reasonable, offering excellent value for money. It's perfect for both leisure and business trips. It's already on my list of preferred accommodations, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit. I highly recommend it!

I had a lovely two-night stay at this hotel while visiting Chengdu. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. The location was also fantastic. It’s situated in a nice, quiet area while still being very convenient for getting around the city. Tianfu Square, Chunxi Road, and Taikoo Li were all easily accessible, and the distances weren’t nearly as far as I expected. I even had a little cat friend pay me a visit during my stay, haha! Although, next time I’ll probably think twice before opening my windows in broad daylight on the 4th floor! Overall, it was a lovely and comfortable stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again when I’m back in Chengdu.

To fully immerse ourselves in the Republic of China era ambiance, my family and I specifically booked this hotel. Upon entering, we were captivated by the 50th-floor bay window, soaring above the clouds. 😁 Sitting by the window, we could gaze down at the Fu River and Da'an Bridge right beneath us. What pleasantly surprised us was that the toiletries provided were Jo Loves, a sub-brand of Jo Malone. I genuinely adored the subtle fragrance. The hotel breakfast, besides the six palace-style dishes, also offered congee, bread, wontons, rice noodles, and more. While it can't compare to a five-star hotel, the variety wasn't small, and the quality was notably good. A quick note: they even served various skewers of Bobo Chicken for breakfast! We stayed for two days, and the in-room facilities were in excellent condition, with no signs of aging or damage. The wet and dry separation design in the bathroom was very practical. The front desk staff, David, Walnut, and Yichen, were attentive and helped resolve minor room issues, making our stay very reassuring.

The hotel's location is fantastic, situated in Hongxing Bridge, away from the bustling city center, and very close to Caojiaxiang, which is packed with amazing food options! It's also a convenient 5-minute walk to the subway station. Initially, the room we got had an incredibly strong smoke smell that wouldn't dissipate even after opening the windows for over an hour. After speaking with the front desk, they immediately moved us to another room and even upgraded us. This level of service truly deserves a 10/10! The guy at the front desk was excellent! He was also incredibly accommodating and provided very detailed information about the surrounding area. The room decor was simple and lovely, but some of the facilities were a bit old. For example, the showerhead was leaking, and the hairdryer, which should have been mounted on the wall, seemed to have been taken down because the wall screws were unstable. It was also quite noisy, probably due to age and wear. However, replacing these items is a management issue, not related to the front desk's service, but I hope they can be improved. Overall, we still had a wonderful time during our stay in Chengdu! (^-^)

The hotel is conveniently located on a main street, yet it's surprisingly quiet at night. The front desk staff was very nice and even upgraded our room. It's also very close to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li. Plus, you can order Lai Tangyuan directly to the hotel, which is super convenient. Overall, a great experience! Highly recommended.

I genuinely recommend this hotel and it absolutely deserves a perfect score! The cleanliness is top-notch, the entire space is fresh and tidy, and hot water comes out instantly from the tap. It was a really comfortable stay. I will definitely prioritize booking this place again if I come back to this area.

If you're coming to Chengdu's Chunxi Road or Taikoo Li, this hotel is definitely the one to choose! First off, the location is absolutely fantastic – super convenient for transportation. You can walk straight to the IFS giant panda sculpture, and when you're tired from exploring, it's just a few steps back to the quiet hotel to recharge. There are tons of dining options nearby, and the hotel even has its own restaurant. The high-floor rooms offer expansive views, and the work and rest areas are well-divided. The soundproofing is excellent, so you can really focus on work even in the middle of a bustling area. Ms. Zhu, the manager at the front desk, was incredibly enthusiastic. She not only handled check-in quickly but also made sure all my needs during my stay were perfectly taken care of. I could even get a late check-out! For breakfast, they have freshly prepared Sichuan-style wontons and Dandan noodles, catering to both northern and southern tastes. The rooms also have a large bathtub, which was super relaxing after a busy day. The hotel's professional and warm service completely melted away the fatigue of a business trip.

First off, the service at Hanting is truly exceptional – very thoughtful and attentive. The bedding is comfortable. However, there were no hand towels by the sink and no disposable toilet seat covers, which I think could be improved. The cleanliness, though, was quite reassuring. Breakfast was decent, nothing special but convenient. The location is a few minutes' walk from the metro station, but cycling is quite convenient.

This has to be one of our favourite stays in China, and the appreciation goes beyond the physical place. Miya is a sweetheart and she is so fun to converse with. She helped us a lot in planning our days in Chengdu. She also makes the BEST Chinese pancakes (手抓饼） and her cats are absolutely adorable. Our room was beautiful, with lots of ambient lighting and truly the best view in town. The location is elite, the metro station right at the foot of the building (2 stops away from the IFS building) and it's super easy to order Didi from. Late hour restaurants and convenience stores right in & next to the building too. The gym also has a lot of equipment and is pretty spacious. All of these things made our trip in Chengdu so much more memorable and we will miss both Miya and this city dearly.
