"I booked this hotel on short notice and was pleasantly surprised. First of all, the hotel is very close to the city center. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the busy pedestrian street. The parking lot is free. The front desk lady arranged a lake view room for me. The scenery is nice, the room is spacious, clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. Breakfast is in the lobby on the first floor. There are various buffets and fresh noodles. It's great! A good hotel, highly recommended!"

The hotel facilities were good and they gave me a boat ticket. The service was warm and professional, especially the customer manager Michelle, who helped arrange a car to take us to the high-speed rail station. "We stayed 2 nights in this hotel… it couldn’t have been better! The staff were very friendly and did their best to communicate with us (we recently moved to China so are using our phones to translate). The room was very spacious! The pillows were so comfortable that my husband bought one to take home!! We loved being right across from a beautiful park - definitely worth exploring! Overall, it was amazing. We found out from friends that there are many Atour hotels in China so we look forward to staying there again."

"Out of the train station turn left and 2nd right. Walk till end of the big road  250m. One thing is obvious,the building old . You can tell right away by looking at the hall corridor carpet leading to the rooms. Off the lift we encountered numerous uncivilised unconsidered locals smoking with all their rooms doors completely opened. Our room was spacious and well maintained but the USB spots didn’t work and you need to call a staff to open individually your WiFi which didn’t work sadly. The buffet was decent and very affordable but lack fruits choices. Overall good night sleep but we left with a strange feeling. Nobody speak English and it could be a pain for any foreigners and nothing exciting around even to eat. No complain because the price was unbeatable. The hotel need a refreshing painting and interior refurbishment "
