1. Odor problem. At the beginning, it was arranged in the room on the 8th floor, and there was a clear pungent smell in the corridor. The room also felt very stuffy, the air was not circulating, and the air conditioner could emit hot air. After a while, I felt that the nose and throat were not very comfortable. The two young ladies at the front desk were very patient. After learning about the situation, they took the initiative to take me to see other empty rooms. They saw five rooms before and after. Some rooms are damp, some even have the smell of the toilet, which shows that the maintenance status of different rooms is very different. In the end, I finally found a slightly normal one. 2. Water flow problem. Unexpectedly, the problem in the room was just solved, and the bath was in trouble. The room on the 3rd floor where I lived, the hot water flow was very small and the water pressure was obviously insufficient. When taking a bath, the sputum can be washed locally, and the experience is very bad. In the weather with poor air quality, the interior of the hotel is more uncomfortable because of ventilation problems.
3. Sound insulation problem. Every time I close the door next door, I can hear the sound and the sound of chatting upstairs.
In general, the smell, sound insulation and hot water problems encountered during this stay were all caused by inadequate hardware or maintenance, which did affect the rest. But the professionalism and patience of the front desk staff is the only highlight, and I hope that the hotel management will pay attention to and improve these basic issues, and do not disappoint the efforts of the staff and the trust of the guests."
