Conner also helped us with our luggage. Such attentive service made us feel warm. The restaurant has a wide variety of food with authentic tastes, and the breakfast is rich and varied, satisfying the different tastes of the whole family. The room is spacious, the decoration is warm, and the bedding is clean and soft, which makes people sleep well. The facilities in the room are complete, and every detail reflects the hotel's care and thoughtfulness."

"Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast options. My second time I’m staying in this hotel. Both times in the same room 332, and both time have washroom light not able to turn off on first night. Has to ask for room service for turning them off whole time during my stay. Shower not function well both time. Thought would have been repaired since my first tome staying the room."

"The hotel room is very spacious, and we were upgraded to a deluxe king-size room. The single room has a balcony, and there is a small river and park nearby, and the environment is very comfortable. Breakfast time is from 6:30 am to 10:00 am, and breakfast freedom is easily achieved. The hotel front desk is very considerate, and gave 4 fruit snacks before leaving. I will stay here next time. The hotel is located close to several nearby attractions."

"Because I was getting married, I chose to book a room at the Rosedale Hotel. The room was very big, the front desk lady was very pretty and the service attitude was very good. She upgraded me to a suite for free. The room was about 60 square meters, and the room facilities were also very new and clean. It looked very good after the decoration! The hotel environment is really good, close to Wanda, just a few minutes walk away, and it is convenient to travel"

"Dear sirs, i don't understand why you keep your centilized air conditioning system at 24 degrees. Do you realize that its not healthy to sleep at this temperature??!! Human beings need lower temperature for quality sleeping!! Dear guests of Pullman, if you are like me don't want to have 24 degrees with no possibility to get the temperature at least a bit lower, this hotel is not your choice. I had 4 hours of bad sleep due to hot air, then asked for the help of the hotel, and maximum they could do is to provide me a fan. So the rest of the night I spent under the fan blowing which is not so comfortable. Also stuff suggested me to open the window, given that the temperature outside is even higher than inside, it didn't look as a good choice. Never again!"
