"The location is superb, directly connected to the JR station and a large shopping mall, offering abundant dining and shopping choices. All major attractions are easily accessible by bus right from the hotel entrance.
To reach the hotel, take the airport limousine bus directly from Exit 5 of the airport. For your return trip, the airport bus stop is conveniently located just a 3-5 minute walk across a pedestrian bridge. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes one way, and timetables are available at the front desk.
The hotel's concierge service is excellent; they can help book the Mt. Inasa night view tour. This is very convenient as it includes pick-up and drop-off right at the hotel entrance, lasts about 80 minutes, and costs 2000 JPY per person.
As noted by many reviewers, the rooms are exceptionally spacious with great views, and feature excellent water pressure and strong air conditioning."
"Standard King Room.
Stayed here for 2 nights and it was amazing.
Service was exceptional, staff was great and helpful with anything and everything from luggage’s sent to our room while we check in, to helping to book restaurants within the hotel and even helped us to cut a melon we bought from the supermarket outside.
Amenities were great. Gym was big. We had Omakase lunch at the De Jima restaurant within the hotel and it was fantastic.
Hotel is connected to Amu Plaza which is a huge mall."
"The room was quite spacious, and they offer complimentary soy sauce ramen in the evenings. There's a 7-Eleven conveniently located downstairs.
After a long day of walking, soaking in the onsen is incredibly relaxing. On the same floor as the onsen, there are washing machines; washing is free, and drying costs 100 JPY for 20 minutes. You can easily do your laundry while enjoying the hot springs. Please note that the onsens are gender-separated, and you need to wash thoroughly before entering. Everyone is nude, so swimsuits are not allowed!
The location is a bit of a walk from Nagasaki Station, taking about 5-8 minutes.
Check-in is handled by a machine with Chinese translation available, making it completely hassle-free."
"I recently stayed at this Japanese hotel, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is great, with easy access to key attractions and transport, though finding food in Nagasaki can be a bit tricky, especially early in the morning. That’s why I highly recommend booking their breakfast—it's absolutely the best. The spread includes everything from traditional Japanese dishes to international options, and the quality is outstanding. It's definitely worth paying extra for, and you won’t regret it. The hotel’s service was also top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The Chinese-inspired decor added a unique touch that made the atmosphere even more special. Given the excellent service, beautiful facilities, and amazing breakfast, this hotel offers great value for the price. Highly recommend!"
"Great location and great hotel. Very accessible and near to malls and attractions. The hotel has amazing restaurants from fine dining to more affordable food halls - you’ll really never go hungry! 😊And if you’re planning to watch sports games at The Stadium, the hotel has direct access to premium boxes 😊 you’re watching without really leaving the hotel. It’s really the best place to stay. Also, the tram and other public transports are just a walk away!"
"As a first-time visitor to Nagasaki, I can confirm that this hotel truly lives up to its excellent online reputation. I booked the smallest room; while the bathroom was compact, the bed was notably spacious, making it perfect for solo travelers. The hotel boasts an unbeatable location. Tram and bus stops are just a stone's throw away, and there's a Yoshinoya right downstairs. Across the street, an indoor shopping arcade means you're covered no matter the weather, ensuring all your dining, entertainment, and shopping needs are met with ease. Both the guest rooms and public areas are exceptionally clean, and the 3rd-floor lobby lounge offers a wonderfully relaxing ambiance. On the ground floor, the elevator entrance features an automatic hand sanitizer dispenser and fresh flower arrangements, adding a very welcoming touch. Breakfast was quite enjoyable, featuring two types of homemade toast as the main items, complemented by a wide selection of side dishes, salads, hot and cold platters, and drinks. It was really satisfying. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and polite; even without Chinese language skills, communication was never an issue. The hot spring bath on the 11th floor is definitely worth experiencing. Overall, this is an excellent hotel perfect for both business and leisure travelers."
"The bathroom was incredibly spacious! My child loved spending ages soaking in the bathtub every day.
The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk from where the airport bus drops you off. One of the young men at the front desk spoke absolutely excellent English, making communication completely seamless.
It's situated on what I believe is Nagasaki's largest pedestrian street, perfect for all your dining, drinking, and shopping needs.
As for attractions, most places are actually within walking distance, if you don't mind a bit of a walk and the heat. We even braved the hot sun and walked all the way to Glover Garden, and the views there were fantastic. Hope to come back again someday!"
"The hotel is only a three to four minute walk from the train station, which was a lifesaver for my exhausted self. It's clean, and the brand-new facilities are a refreshing change from typical Japanese hotels. It's also great value for money and super convenient for shopping."
"The location is fantastic and easy to find – just off the main road opposite Chinatown, down the street shown in the second picture. There's a supermarket right by the entrance, which is super convenient for grabbing water and snacks. The room itself is quite spacious for Japan, and all the facilities are in good condition."

GGuest UserI feel like the whole hotel is very good
The service is also very attentive
The sense of space is very large
Although it's a bit dilapidated, the hygiene is pretty good
Thank you hotel for giving me a wonderful memory
The neighborhood is also very close to Peace Park
GGuest UserMy absolute favorite place to visit!
The staff's genuine kindness is truly heartwarming.
Three distinct spas, each offering its own unique charm.
You can feel their sincere desire to go the extra mile for guests.
CChong Ee JayVery easily accessible from Nagasaki train station - just cross the bridge and will reach the hotel.
Hotel provides Japanese style buffet breakfast at ¥1800 per pax and it’s really nice! Worth trying!
Hotel room is very clean and room clean up can be requested daily. If you need toothpaste, toothbrush and extra toiletries, they can be obtained from the lobby.
Historical site of the 26 Martyrs is also very near the hotel.
GGuest UserAs convenient as can be for the bus, train and tram, it’s about a 30 minute walk to the furthest sights. Also close to the Amu Plaza with many eating options including a supermarket open from 7 to midnight. A small space, it features a fridge and stove, a couple of pots, cutlery and plates for two but, oddly, no bowls for rice or cereal. Generally clean, there was dust on the bedhead and the bathroom smelled damp as it’s hard to get the plastic floor dry even with the ventilator. It’s very quiet, so overall worth a recommendation.
HHKJWAt midnight, the woman next to my bed suddenly open my curtain, it happened twice!!!
She is so rude and I’m so afraid, since there is no staff at night, I cannot ask for help immediately.
This is such a bad experience for me.
Other facilities are very good, bed and room are clean.
I think I’m bad luck to have such a bad and crazy roommate!
BbabyintimatesI stayed in a women-only dormitory as a solo traveler. My flight was delayed and check-in was almost midnight, so I contacted them in advance by email and they immediately sent me an email with instructions on how to check in by myself, which made me feel at ease. The accommodation space and the shared space are spacious, stylish, and really clean. The place is so well-cleaned that you don't even have to worry about being barefoot. I saw that most of the guests were barefoot. The WiFi was strong and there were power outlets everywhere. The kitchen and refrigerator were clean, and there was a water server, which was very helpful. It is about a 10-minute walk from Nagasaki Station, and there is a tram station and bus stop nearby, but it is also about a 15-minute walk from Shianbashi Bridge. I was able to walk to Glover Garden in about 30 minutes. I am grateful for the comfortable stay. Thank you very much.
GGuest UserI stayed there solely to use the EV charger. It seemed like an older hotel, but the room was larger and cleaner than I expected, and I had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet wasn't as flashy as a city hotel, but everything was delicious, and the staff were very accommodating to families with infants, so I was very satisfied (the photo shows the view from the breakfast area). The large public bath had two types: an open-air bath and a panoramic bath, and at the entrance there was a selection of luxury shampoos, conditioners, and oils to choose from. I was happy to be able to try a brand I'd been wanting to try. If I had to point out one drawback, it would be that I hadn't made a reservation for dinner, so I had to go out to eat. There was no restaurant in the hotel where I could casually eat that day. However, it was a wonderful hotel that was worth more than the price. Thank you very much.
MM9628****The hotel is on the hillside opposite Nagasaki Station, about a 5-minute walk. There are three rooms in total. Self-check-in requires filling in emails and other information, which is a little troublesome. The hygiene is not as clean as the hotel. There is dust on the bedside and contact lenses left by previous guests, but the bed and bathroom are still quite clean. There is a refrigerator, microwave, kitchen utensils and tableware in the room, although we didn't use them.
GGuest UserThe staff were pleasant and I wanted a hotel which was very close to the hypo center and you don't get any closer than this it is literally about 50 yards from the museum and maybe 150 yards from the ground zero. The room itself was very basic it had what you would need but no more there is a shop on site which said it was going to close at 9:30 however when I went downstairs at 8.10 it was already shot so I had to go for a walk in order to buy what I needed which I was not expecting as it was pouring down with Rain. I would recommend this to solo Travelers who are younger but just make sure you arrive with drinks and food.
KKongjiekkkThis hotel is cost-effective and the location is okay. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the station. It is uphill to walk to the hotel. It is a bit tiring to push the big box. It is hygienic. Although it is a small hotel, it is very hygienic. The breakfast is okay and you can eat enough. , the waiter is very serious and the service is good. Worth recommending
