We stayed at the hotel from September 20 to 27, 2024. We really liked the hotel! The staff is friendly, it's nice to talk to. We had a room with a sea view, but we were especially impressed by the pool area! The pool is clean, very large, surrounded by palm trees, orchids, and many beautiful tropical plants. There is an excellent gym. The sea is 50 meters across the road, two 7/11 stores are 300 meters away. There is a fish market across the road, you choose and they will cook fish or seafood for you right there. The breakfasts at the hotel are wonderful, everything is cooked deliciously: soups, sausages, rice, eggs, fruits, yogurt, croissants, delicious coffee. Overall, the hotel is super! We will definitely come back!

We had an amazing stay! The camp was brand new and very clean. The beach sand was so soft! We want to thank Joey, the wonderful and attentive Camp Cayla staff who made our stay great. As soon as we arrived he arranged everything according to what we liked. He asked us if we wanted to rent a scooter which we choose to do and he organised everything! In the middle of the night we didn’t know how to turn the aircon off (we were holding it too far away) and he was at our door within a few minutes and showed us how to turn it off. He was always on-site and took care of us well! The room was very clean, comfortable and cosy. There were some small ants but that’s expected. We had insect spray so it was fine.
Negatives: The property is not fenced so there lots of dogs that come very close, this maybe an issue for people that have a fear of dogs or if there’s small children playing around. The bar/ restaurant/ reception area is not ready yet, there is no where to buy food close by.

Several great things stand out:
- The pool is huge, great for swimming laps. It's in the sun most of the day, though there are umbrellas & shade trees. Unlimited towels are available in the lobby.
- The bathroom is clean and nicely decorated. The shower and sprayer worked well. The warm water came quickly.
- The bed made it easy to get a good night's sleep.
- International TV and movies
- Our spacious 5th-floor balcony overlooked the pool and the beach.
The location is a bit out of the way; no public transportation, so best if you drive.
The breakfast buffet has too few choices. Hope you like Thai food!

＞ Beautifully designed - the outward appearance of the hotel is quite spectacular and is very well decorated.
＞ Comfortable rooms - the beds are large and comfortable with plenty of pillows and cushions and the rooms have plenty of places to sit.
＞ Room size - rooms are large and feel spacious.
＞ Cleanliness - The hotel was immaculately clean in all areas.
＞ Staff - Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
＞ Location - the location is ideal for walkability to shops, restaurants and the beach.
Negatives:
＞ Events - The hotel also hosts events which can be very loud and go on late into the night.
＞ Doors/soundproofing - We noticed that there was a significant gap in our door which meant that it wasn't particularly soundproof and we were kept awake most of the night (until 2am) by other guests outside our room.
＞ Location - although I have stated the positives about the location above, the negatives are that the hotel is in close proximity to some bar with live music or karaoke which is incredibly loud and can go on very late into the night. Both the noise from the guests at this hotel and the event down the road was very significant and kept us awake late into the night.
＞ Breakfast - Breakfast is served cold. Although they have the equipment to keep the food warm, for some reason they choose not to. Unless you are lucky enough to catch something as soon as it is placed in the container it will go cold quickly. Eggs, bacon, fried rice, local dishes etc are all cold by the time you get them which is not common for Thai hotels and also very disappointing.
Comments for the hotel:
＞ Doors - please ensure all doors do not have gaps in between. This can be done easily with some rubber lining on the door frame. This would increase the soundproofing of the room dramatically.
＞ Noise - I understand that the hotel cannot control the bar down the street which plays loud music all night but it does have control over its own events and its own guests. There should be strict rules about drunk guests making noise late into the night and knocking on doors. Nowhere in the rules does it state ”quiet hours” which I believe it should. I understand that events at the hotel serve as a large source of the hotel's income, but there's no need to neglect other guests who stay there.
＞ Breakfast - use the equipment you already own properly and keep the breakfast food hot. I do not know any Thai people who enjoy cold food and keeping the food warm would increase the quality of the breakfast dramatically. Despite being a small cafe, the breakfast has quite a variety and the flavour is good but the temperature of the food really ruins the breakfast.

BBP7Be careful! This hotel has 2 zones that are not connected to each other. The distance is approximately 600 meters and there is only one zone next to the sea. But in the booking at Trip.com, there is no information on this matter. Pictures can mislead you. If you expect to stay in a beachfront hotel, you may be disappointed.

Beautiful, white, clean sandy beach, good location, not far from Bangkok. Convenient travel There is already a boat imported to the island. The accommodations are clean, next to the beach. Open the back door of the house and see the sea. You can walk around the island. There was a little peacock standing with its tail full. You can borrow snorkeling equipment. Run down to see giant giant clams. There were some colorful fish that could be seen. But not much variety There are hard corals, rocky corals, and soft corals. Some sea anemones need to be looked carefully.
Employees provide good service. Provide a lot of privacy to customers Good tasting food, big bowls
Do not bring food onto the island. Which is good in that it controls the amount of trash, has good waste management, and the trash can has a lid.
The shop uses bagasse straws. Friendly to sea animals
Points that can be improved
The waste water pond has a strong smell in some places.
Relaxing pavilion next to the sea behind the house Not really personal Because there were customers in other zones who came to party loudly all night. (I repeat that all night Until I woke up at night) behind our house but we didn't sit. Privacy should be reserved for customers of beachfront homes as well. I would like to ask the accommodation to help arrange seating for customers who come in groups.

GGift 郑Tom Kha Gai is very delicious. The price of the food is high but it is in line with the location. Even though the price is high, the taste does not disappoint or make you feel like you have wasted your money. The cocktails are delicious. The beach is beautiful, private and very peaceful. It makes you dare to wear a bikini because it is not crowded. The staff named Son, the man at the restaurant, is very good at service. He helps with everything. I brought my own wine and if I couldn't open it, he helped me open it and gave me a bucket of ice to put it in. The other staff members were all smiling, even the cleaning lady. They were very friendly. I was impressed.

Much recommended.
Be aware that you will need a transportation tho since the area is not covered by grab.

MMJ98Cleanliness - The room was fantastic, spotless in fact, 5/5.
Location - I give this 3/5 because the hotel is located at a beautiful beach. However, the street around the hotel has nothing else on it (not the fault of the hotel obviously). The beach itself is beautiful, I will repeat, but only immediately in front of the hotel. The rest of the beach is very dirty.
Service - This is where this hotel becomes a real disaster, and if I could I would give this section 0/5. We checked in around 11pm to 11:30pm. The staff came to the counter while watching a movie on his phone and left the movie playing full volume whilst looking for our key. After a very long process of checking the computer he led us to a room. He stumbled a lot on his way and appeared drunk. When we got to the room, he looked inside and told us it was already occupied. He told us that our room had been sold to someone else because we were late checking in and led us back to the reception where he walked off somewhere without telling us any more information. We stayed at the reception and used the bathroom facilities in the meantime. I also proceeded to contact trip dot com's customer support to let them know about the issue. After a while had passed he came back and walked past us to the bathroom. After coming out of the bathroom he led us to a new room and told us that this room was now available. The whole thing was bizarre and we were caused to worry unnecessarily by being told that we didn't have a room. I cannot think of any justification for his actions and it started off the stay at this hotel very poorly.
Amenities - The amenities provided by the hotel were adequate. They included a bottle of water in the room. I do like when hotels provide toothbrushes and other smaller things so that would be the difference between me providing a 4/5 and a 5/5 for this part.

AAnonymous UserIt's a hotel that accepts a lot of tour groups, so if anyone wants to go, call and check with the hotel carefully. What days are there tours? But if anyone is not serious, they can rest because the tour will be available in their zone. But there may be shared swimming pools, which when the group lets them relax, there will be a lot of time in the pool. (And the dissatisfaction was that everyone didn't wear swimsuits in the pool. (If you leave your weight training clothes on, the pool becomes cloudy and dirty.)
What is very dissatisfied is the hotel booking. We reserved the hotel more than a month in advance and paid first from the day of booking for 4 sea view rooms, but when we arrived, we checked in at about 5 p.m. at the reception. Informed that we apologize that the room may not be as requested. We requested that it be a room with a balcony and three double beds and one separate bed. This hotel can provide it. But in terms of the sea view, which we paid more for than the garden view, we couldn't get it back. The rooms we stayed in turned out to have pool views, three rooms, plus one room with a garden view that saw the sea very far away. Moreover, there was no TV in the room. One of the rooms had a very strong stench. which has already been reported to reception that I would like to change rooms But it appeared that there was a tour group that day, so the room was full. This is understandable, but I am very, very, very dissatisfied. That is, when we reserved and paid for the room a month in advance and one day before our stay, we called the hotel to inform them and the hotel should take care of it. and lock the sea view room Not claiming that we were late for check-in so the room we reserved was not available. The hotel should have paid us back because the garden view, pool view and sea view room rates are different prices. Normally, if there aren't enough rooms, the hotel has to offer a more expensive room, not a cheaper room, which is a very bad deal. But because we had traveled to many places that day and were very tired, it was tiring to argue. and don't want to find a new place to stay. In this part, the hotel doesn't have any special rights or anything for us other than a single word of apology. Therefore, we think that this part of the service is very bad.
