"凌晨過去但是是當晚的房間，前台姐姐人太好太好了，指了一個小房間，早飯隨便吃，説最晚最晚十點就可以進房休息了（非常肯定）。 結果七八點實在撐不住，花了25美元提前進房，前台換了一個人，態度很差，説最早下午兩點，特別拽特別無禮。 房間的門打開費勁，房間還不錯，基本設施都有，就是無空調！衹有一個熱風機，直直地對着床吹，讓人感受沙漠般的乾枯。（我是北方人，20度的地暖都沒這麼烤人的） 管理一般，休息了一下準備出發，門被工作人員打開了？小費一分都沒得。 逛完匹茲堡回來（很差，最好別去），問前台怎麼預約班車坐飛機，他説三十分鐘一班，早點兒下來就好。結果！第二天興沖沖地下樓，前台很震驚，問為什麼沒有登記，又把已經出發的車叫回來了，是一個黑人姐姐，特別特別好。 個人經歷僅供參考，環境還算乾淨，較為隔音，就是服務時好時壞，多搜尋，有method更economic和refundable。 祝大家旅途愉快。"
