"This hotel is really old by the look of it but it is well maintained. Our room is spacious and clean. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. If you drive, the hotel offers parking for 13 euros and you can get in and out many times. Highly recommended!"

"I had a very comfortable stay. All the staff were kind and had lovely smiles. It was a shame that there was construction going on from the entrance to the front desk. The location was also great, right next to the Gran Via station, making it convenient for going to department stores and downtown. I would like to stay there again if I have the opportunity."
