"Nice overall. Hot breakfast lots of choices. Nice staff. Reasonably priced. EV chargers located just next to Target just on other side of freeway. Comfy beds, pillows, sheets. Nice 24/7 drink offerings in lobby, herbal teas, cocoa, coffee etc... Downside: very small bathroom so really only can be used by 1 person at a time. Very low pressure shower (maybe because we were at the end of the wing?) Nice to have a full length mirror but needs table and lighting nearby so it can be used to get ready, in lieu of the bathroom, when bathroom is in use. Also very disappointed that hot tub was broken."

Good air conditioning with outdoor temps in the 90’s."

"This hotel is a took a bit of navigation to locate (thankful for GPS), but once there, we were pleased with the accommodations. The front desk clerk was warm and friendly, and gave us very helpful instructions about how to drive around the back of the hotel and where to park closest to our room. The room was clean and the A/C worked properly. There was only a light blanket on the bed, so we were glad to have brought one in the car. The bed was quite firm, so I did not sleep as well as I would have liked. The breakfast was very good - hot eggs, sausage, tortillas, potatoes, and the usual cold fare. Good selection of teas and fresh coffee. Our one negative was I had booked the room through trip.com and prepaid online, but Best Western also charged our card. I called the hotel after we got home, and the clerk apologized and refunded the charge immediately. Kudos for not trying to prevent a refund."

"The only employee that was really friendly at this hotel and their restraunts was Rachel at check in. She was so sweet and accommodating. We ate at the cloud bar on the 4th floor. We also ate at the McMinnimums restraunt down stairs on the first floor. I have to say the employees were so very unfriendly in the restraunts. No smile, no chit chat, they all just seem miserable. We did encounter a male bar tender that was kind of friendly. But all female bar tenders and wait staff were very unhappy looking. McMinnimins needs to look into why their employees are so unhappy. The hotel was a treat, the secret rooms were a blast to find. Our room was 214, we loved it!! Thank you again Rachel!!!"
