"The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. Parking was free, and the breakfast was excellent. However, they mistakenly charged my credit card in the middle of the night, deducting over 100 euros as a guarantor for someone else. When I contacted Ctrip, they explained that the first deduction was a test to see if it worked, and the second was the actual charge. I asked: "How can they charge me indefinitely without my permission?" After several protests, they finally admitted it was a mistake and they were deducting money on behalf of someone else. So everyone should be careful with their deposits."

"Absolutely the best experience ever. Pablo was the most amazing host ever and made the experience unforgettable. I wanted to watch the Dutch football match, went to my room, came downstairs and Pablo had set up the tv for me and brought me a drink and some snacks. Pablo really made the experience and should be rewarded as such. 10/10 would stay again!"

"Had a very pleasant stay here for 4 nights. Reception staff are very welcoming, the hotel is very clean and well located, Parking arrangements are well managed and the Breakfast is excellent. The lady who manages the breakfast is very welcoming and the food is fresh and varied. We had one of the top floor suites which had a fabulous balcony. My only reason for 4 stars is the cost was almost 1000 Euros for 4 night in low season early May, and givens the lack of amenities such as a pool ( it’s an old building in the centre of town with no space for a pool) the price tag is steep! Enjoyed our stay though"

"We really appreciated the friendly service we received, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the pool which is perfect for kids. The shuttle service to the beach was also a great convenience. While the buffet wasn't huge, the food was very good. Overall, we had a really pleasant stay."

"Lovely hotel in a great location - beside the marina and also the town for restaurants, bars and shopping. My room was a great size and so comfortable. The breakfast room was small enough but there was a good variety of foods to choose from - if you want hot food, don't leave it til the last half hour! Being a very light sleeper, I could hear the traffic outside from an early hour but this would probably not affect most people. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend 👌"

"Where do we start. Ok We live in Spain and regularly travel the country. This hotel is as good as any 4 or 5 star places we have stayed in. Probably it's small size limits it's star rating. On arrival we were met by 2 wonderfully pleasant and friendly ladies on reception. Checkin was smooth and painless, then one lady took us to our room, pointed out every feature of the room, gave us kisses and hugs then left us alone. The room itself was spotless , looked newly furnished and was only missing a kettle, which the lady offered us. The bathroom deserves a special mention. We decided to eat in the restaurant for dinner, normally we eat out, what a treat prime delicate fillet for one of us, a huge T bone for the other, accompanied by an excellent red. Being greedy we also did pudding and coffees . Overall wonderful price was 99€ Breakfast was if the same standard, vast array of hot and cold choices, fruits meats pastries basically everything one could want Over the best hotel we've ever stayed in."
