"This stay at the Orange Hotel was very pleasant! There is a fresh orange fragrance in the lobby, which relaxes instantly. Although the room is not big, the layout is clever and the smart equipment is very convenient (such as electric curtains and smart toilets). I especially like their ”free minibar”, and small snacks and drinks are very intimate. The front desk lady helped to check out late and solved my car problem. Recommended!"

When a guest stays in the room, the hotel staff can use the room card to open the door directly and enter the house without knocking, and more than once. I couldn't understand what was going on in their minds, and there was a waiter at the door talking, but he didn't stop them. I was taking a shower in my room at the time. This behavior made me very angry. It was also the first time I encountered this situation while staying at a hotel. I found an office with the word ”Service Center” on the door and told her about it. She looked like she was in charge, but she actually said that I couldn't tell the boss about this matter and would be punished. Tian Nai went to the front desk again, but the front desk Several people just refused to provide the phone number of the person in charge, so they had no way to complain and could only respond here."
