Hepburn Hotel Dongning

Hepburn Hotel Dongning ★★★

📍 Commercial Unit No. 24, 1st Floor, Building 21, Shui'an Mingzhu, No. 80 West Ring Road, Dongning Town, Dongning

"The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were quite new. There was parking in front of the hotel, but the room was rather small, with only one single sofa for seating. The hotel is located on the banks of the Suifen River, at a bridgehead, which is quite unique. Breakfast was provided, but it was rather simple."

Dongning Huayu Hotel ★★

📍 No. 99 Jianguo Road, Dongning

"As a Black Diamond member, I've stayed at countless hotels both domestically and internationally, but I was completely blown away by this hotel! I booked the hotel online, arrived that afternoon, paid a 500 deposit, rested for half an hour, then went out to run some errands. I returned at 10 PM and went to bed, leaving at 8 AM the next morning. Here's the kicker: I had just checked out when the hotel called to say I'd damaged their furniture and needed repairs for 400. I live alone, so I don't even know if I damaged the furniture. Only a blunt object would have caused such damage. Do I have nothing better to do? Also, how come it was just the right amount for the repairs to cover my deposit? If I hadn't consumed the water and tea, would the repairs have been the entire 500 deposit? Just a heads-up!"

Jiangnan Business Hotel
7.0 (85 reviews)

Jiangnan Business Hotel ★★

📍 Room A01, 3rd Floor, Jiangnan Zone 2, Dongning

"The experience of the deluxe standard room is as follows: The hygiene is average, and there is a peculiar smell at the elevator entrance downstairs. The soundproofing in the room was very poor, and I could hear the conversation next door clearly. The flushing noise in the upstairs bathroom is also very loud. There is also a problem with the sewage pipe. If you choose this store, you will experience the feeling of sitting on the bed at 8 o'clock in the evening and smelling the odor of someone taking a **** coming out of nowhere. The stench is unbearable! There are very few facilities, no hairdryer or kettle. There are no disposable slippers, you have to ask the front desk for them. The breakfast variety is limited and all of them taste terrible. For the same price, also more than 180 yuan, the hotel of the same price opposite Mudanjiang High-speed Railway Station is very different from this one. I've stayed in too many hotels, and I rarely give bad reviews. If you're willing to pay for the trouble, stay here. It's hard to persuade you..."

"The hotel is in a good location, with parking available in front of the door and the waitress is nice. Although it's not a very new decoration, everything is OK, the beddings are quite comfortable. A special mention should be made of the breakfast at this hotel. Although there are not many options, it is very substantial and has everything you need, all freshly made. It is very satisfying and adds a lot of points to the hotel."

Dongning Huayu Hotel ★★
"This hotel used Ctrip to trick customers, charging 68 yuan more for booking rooms directly with the hotel. Both Ctrip and the guests were duped. While the hotel's facilities weren't bad, the service was truly subpar. The front desk spoke to customers in an imperative tone, and the first order upon check-in was a 300 yuan deposit. The hotel's banquet hall was busy, hosting four weddings and return banquets for family members during lunch one day. The hotel's large parking lot was unmanned, so upon arrival, the entire lot and the surrounding area were completely filled with cars, making it difficult to find the hotel entrance. The bathroom only had a bathtub, so showers had to be taken standing in it."

"Excellent hotel. There are few rooms. The location is just great. There is a bus station across the road. Around a huge number of shops, billiards. And right opposite the hotel there are very delicious barbecue. In summer weather, you can sit on the street, order beer for spilling and shells."

"The service was excellent, and it was convenient to buy local specialties nearby. The breakfast bun shop was very cheap; two buns, a tea egg, and a bowl of porridge cost only 6.5 yuan."
