"The front desk associates were wonderful so accommodating and helpful always cheerful and had a kind word to say. The only downside was the GM who was constantly rude, made myself and husband feel unwelcome and was not understanding even after explaining that my husband does freelance remote work and though he gets paid at different times during the day from his clients we always paid our room. Though since it was not paid on her time she was completely unprofessional."
