Seriously, you can't always trust negative reviews; everyone has different expectations, and when we're on vacation, the goal is to be happy and satisfied with everything. I remember one day we returned to the hotel early, and our room had already been tidied. My sunglasses, which I'd left out that morning, had a new cleaning cloth next to them, and my child's phone cable was neatly organized with a cable clip. It was incredibly thoughtful. After resting for a bit, we went to the hotel pool. The outdoor pool on the M floor offers views of the Burj Khalifa. I didn't expect the room to be cleaned again, but when we returned, it was! All my valuable jewelry I'd left on the nightstand was still there. Later, when we went out for dinner, we actually ran into the two young men doing the turndown service, and they greeted us politely. Honestly, after a tiring day of exploring, returning to a tidy and welcoming room every time, who would even think about finding fault? My only regret is not having exchanged enough foreign currency for tips! đ
The Kitchen6 restaurant is enormous. You might think you've been seated in a really out-of-the-way spot, but there are coffee machines, toasters, and even duplicate food stations everywhere, even in the far corners. It couldn't be more convenient. Although this hotel was recommended to me because it had Chinese food, I never actually ate any. There's no need to insist on Chinese food. The steamed fish, however, was excellent; I had it twice. Everything else was random, and my stomach was incredibly stable for days. Oh, and by the way, the cappuccino the hostess made for me on the first day was so thoughtful â she even gave me a milk pitcher and a shot of espresso on the side. Have all the 'five-star' hotels I've stayed at before been fakes? đ
Fantastic location
Only there was a long time waiting at the reception and elevator
Staff not trained enough, they didnât explain everything and took long time to give the room access
A short walk to Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall metro station, though be aware that the mall is actually almost a kilometre away from the station (via air-conditioned and moving walkways). Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and efficient. There are two large supermarkets in the same building, so it's very convenient to pick up drinks, snacks, toiletries etc.
The Gevora Hotel is a lovely hotel, very well located, close to downtown Dubai and the Museum of the Future. There's also a metro station just a few steps away, making it super convenient for getting around Dubai's attractions. The room we were given on the 27th floor was very spacious and comfortable. Although the views were to one side of the building, given the hotel's height, you could still get great city views. The beds were comfy, the sheets clean, and the pillows were also comfortable. Our room had a kitchen, but in reality, you can only use the fridge as cooking isn't allowed in the apartment. However, it's useful if you want to bring in pre-made food or drinks. The breakfast was comprehensive and varied with different food selections; it just needed a little more fruit, but that's a minor detail. The only annoying thing was the construction noise around the hotel, which barely stops for a few hours in the early morning. But this is a constant issue in most Dubai hotels; there's construction everywhere, and it's hard to escape the noise. Another thing we suggested to the hotel is to renovate the carpets as they looked worn or stained in some places. Everything else was good. The pool and gym area were very nice and offered beautiful city views.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is amazingâright in front of the metro station and very centrally located, making it extremely convenient to get around. It offers great value for money while still feeling luxurious. A special mention to the bathrobe, which was super comfortable and honestly one of my favorite details. The service was outstandingâ10 out of 10. I would definitely stay here again. âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸
This was my first time in Dubai. I originally wanted to book a hotel near the Burj Khalifa, but then I found this one. It's just one metro stop away from the Burj Khalifa, and the price is significantly better. Plus, the hotel is right next to the Red Line metro station, which makes getting around incredibly convenient â excellent value for money! The front desk service was also fantastic; they even had our luggage delivered directly to our room. We booked a family suite, which came with two bathrooms, two huge wardrobes, a large fridge, and even a washing machine â super convenient! The breakfast service was also very good, with staff members dedicated to seating guests, making everything feel very organized. Highly recommended!

A Perfect Base in Dubai: Rose Park Hotel Review
My recent stay at the Rose Park Hotel in Dubai was excellent, delivering tremendous value, especially due to its unbeatable location (5/5).
The hotelâs proximity to public transport is its single biggest asset. Situated directly across the street from the Insurance Metro Station, navigating the city was absolutely effortless, making it the perfect base for both business and sightseeing.
Beyond the convenience, the service truly elevated the experience. The entire staff team was incredibly hospitable and attentive, always providing a warm welcome and prompt assistance.
The room itself was a comfortable and functional retreat. It was decent and spacious, and I was particularly impressed by the fast, reliable WiFi. Finally, a small but essential detail, especially when dealing with the Dubai heat, was the guaranteed ice-cold shower, a reliably perfect way to refresh and cool down after a long day.
For a hotel that offers such convenience and great service, I highly recommend the Rose Park Hotel.
Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel is in a really convenient spot right in the heart of Dubai, directly opposite the Museum of the Future. Itâs also a short drive from Dubai International Airport, and the area around the hotel is packed with choices, restaurants, fast food, cafes, and small marts all along the same stretch, so grabbing a meal or essentials is easy. The rooms and furnishings feel a bit dated for a five-star property, but the service makes up for it. The staff are friendly, helpful, and quick to assist, which makes the stay smooth and comfortable overall.

A wonderful stay at V Hotel Dubai!
From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed. The hotel has such a lively vibeâmodern, stylish, and full of character. You can feel the energy as soon as you step into the lobby.
My room was spacious and beautifully set up, with a view that honestly took my breath away every morning. But what really made my stay special was the people. Every single staff member I met was kind, genuine, and happy to help with anything I needed. They didnât just do their jobsâthey made me feel at home.
The restaurants were a treat too, with a great mix of flavors and such a nice atmosphere. Whether I was grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for a longer meal, it felt relaxed and special at the same time.
Overall, V Hotel Dubai isnât just a place to stayâitâs an experience Iâd happily come back for.

Amazing
GGuest UserVery good location. Clean room.Â
Some of the staff were super friendly and others were not helpful.
I would stay again here given I spend most of my time exploring Dubai and just need a good place to sleep
SSongtianweiFour Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road consistently delivers high standards and reliable quality. The service is excellent throughout, with staff who are warm, attentive, and made my entire stay, from check-in to check-out, a truly pleasant experience.
The dining options were a definite highlight. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious choices that were very satisfying. Dinner was equally impressive, and the fact that there are different restaurants available on the second floor is incredibly convenient. The rooftop open-air bar is fantastic, boasting stunning views of the bustling city skyline with its towering buildings. The night views, when the lights come on, are absolutely breathtaking, and enjoying a drink with the evening breeze creates a wonderful atmosphere.
Located in a vibrant area, the hotel is surrounded by excellent amenities, making it perfect for both business travelers and leisure guests. It offers great value for money and an exceptional overall experience. I highly recommend it!
OOHN_OHNI stay in Sofitel Dubai for 6 days for this trip, it make me feel like home. Room is very cozy and clean. They always prepare for good sleep by put camomile tea on the bedside table. Good amenities and plenty of water replace every day. The bed is very good make me have a deep sleep and wake up with nice view of Berj Kalifa, thatâs brilliant

Great
GGuest UserThe kitchen was great! The room wasn't spacious, and the bathroom drainage was poorly designed; even adding an extra small bed wouldn't be possible. The room they gave us was different from the one we booked, meaning some people had to sleep on the floor.
JJack979Our stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location is unbeatable, within walking distance to Dubai Mall and the Fountains.
The most amazing highlight was the infinity pool on the 54th floor; taking photos with the Burj Khalifa from there was an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime experience. The room was spacious and tidy, the bedding comfortable, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. Every staff member provided meticulous and thoughtful service.
It was an impeccable stay, and we would definitely choose this hotel again.

Great
GGuest UserThe room is relatively large and the decoration integrates a lot of local elements. At first glance, it was okay, but it was still rough. At first, the front desk couldn't find the reservation. I asked the housekeeper to contact for a long time, and finally said that I had received a message from the agent. It seems that it is not Trip.com that I booked directly with the hotel, but through a local agent. The experience is not very good, or the international hotel chain is more reliable. Other aspects are quite satisfactory, if there are other options, it is not recommended to live here.
KKola123Check in was smooth and was attended by Rash. She was courteous and helpful in getting the room. Was given a room on a higher floor facing partial Dubai frame. The soap etc is very poor quality and bed sheets not white, something not expected of such hotel.
Bikash at concierge was rude and I feel need training on customer relations. Gave him the card and instead of handing back, he just placed on the table. Valet parking was also slow and disorganised. Imagine waiting 30 mins just for them to pick up the car. I don't see this in Sofitel Downtown or the JW Marriot.
Location is ok but there are definitely other better hotels around the area. Other facilities such as steam room and pool area are quite old.
GGuest UserStayed over New Yearâs Eve. Comfortable sized room and even on the first floor we had a good view of the cityscape including the Burj from a corner of our room. Great location beside the DIFC metro and lots of 24-hour shops along Shiekh Zayed Road. Good soundproofing in the room as we could not hear the traffic at all from the first floor.
__mingxinThe hotel is right by the World Trade Center, conveniently located next to a subway station, making it super easy to get around. The room was quite spacious, very clean, and quiet, ensuring a very comfortable stay. Dinner was delicious. I would definitely come back again.
GGuest UserThe woman at the hotel reception, I don't know if she's new! She was clueless about everything! And her attitude was terrible! At first, she said the suite I booked wasn't available. I asked her to confirm, and then she said it was, and the room was ready, but check-in time was 2 PM, and early check-in would cost extra. I asked her how much, and she initially said 600 dirhams. I said okay, then the manager came over and said the room would be ready in about ten minutes and we'd check in right away. A while later, she said the room was ready and we could check in, but since it was a suite, it would cost double, 1200 dirhams. I was speechless. Why didn't she say it was 1200 dirhams earlier? Even her manager agreed, how could she be so incompetent? And why couldn't she let guests check in early if she had a vacant room? How could she be so stubborn? I was so angry at that point, I wasted over an hour of my time. I told her I wanted to cancel, that I wouldn't stay, and then she said she'd apply for it! It was truly unbelievable!! At Atlantis, we arrived at 7 AM, and although check-in was at 3:30 PM, she said she'd check us in immediately even though there was a vacant room.
