"Excellent service from all the staff nothing is too much trouble for them. Great rooms very comfortable beds Great location for visiting Loch Lomond Highly recommend."

"After reading the review we were a little worried but we decided to go and see the place for ourselves. On arrival the building looked closed with lots of road dust on all the windows but the staff were onside to greet us and were friendly. We arrived early in the afternoon so one 2 of the 4 rooms we had booked were not ready but would be completed in approximately 15 minutes and they were, staff also offered us drinks (tea or coffee) while we waited. We got the keys to the rooms and staff kindly escorted/directed us to the rooms, the room was clean and all the bedding was freshly white and clean also, the room decor was dated with some signs of repairs to the walls (polyfiller), there was plenty of plug sockets to plug in devices, ample storage and a tv which was working perfect. There was also a complimentary continental breakfast with cereal, yoghurt, fruit and toast. Overall a nice experience from a reasonably priced hotel which the owners are currently in the process of repairing and renovating."

"At night there was no power and the receptionist was unable to do anything"
