"I had a wonderful stay at this delightful hotel with my family this weekend. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome, with a warm greeting at the door and then shown to our rooms. Every member of staff was friendly, attentive and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. My room was charming, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed, including tea and coffee making facilities. Before heading out for dinner, we enjoyed drinks in the bar, where the views are absolutely stunning. The hotel's location is ideal - just a short stroll through the garden gate to the promenade and only around five minutes' walk into town. Despite being so conveniently located, the hotel was peaceful and quiet, and I had a great night's sleep in the comfy bed. Breakfast was excellent, and once again, the staff were lovely. I would love to have stayed longer, but will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!"

"We stayed at The Cedars Guest House for one night before boarding Argyll Cruising. Jackie was a wonderful hostess and we had a perfect room. Jackie made a dinner reservation for us, booked a taxi for us, suggested things to do and see, and prepared a delicious breakfast. Our room was comfortable and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our time!"

"Amazing location, amazing staff, amazing view... Its an older location, so have proper expectations accordingly... That being said, I can't imagine you'll find anything better in the area. Highly recommend - Can't stress this enough, but it's the hands down BEST hotel in that area. Anyone who giving negative review is being irrational."
