"The hotel is very nice; the rooms are very spacious and it has free parking. We rented without food and were able to cook there without any problems. There's a supermarket nearby. My only complaint is that the rooms are very cold and you can't even touch the air conditioning. You have to call someone to turn it down, which seems like a bummer to me because you can't regulate the temperature yourself."

"All was good. At check-in, they forgot to give me a card for the towels. They now have a strict policy for getting towels, which was a bit stressful, but the towel hut lady was kind and gave me towels anyway. The room smelled of mold, and I had to buy Lysol to cover the odor. The oven did not work, and the sink was plugged. The cleaning lady was very nice, though. The only real issue I had was at the bar. What seemed to be a dutch supervisor named Roderick made me feel very uneasy. He grabbed the bartender and was clearly talking about me and a friend I had over. So unprofessional. If you have doubts about something, address it more subtly. That ruined my whole experience, and I never went back to the bar at The Links. He is obviously not service-minded, which is a real concern on the island overall."

"Stayed in a 2 bedroom unit. Unit was large; clean and updated. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds which is great if you have kids. The room also has 2, spacious balconies that have a table and chairs (no lounge chairs on balcony which would be nice). O believe all the 2 bedroom have an ocean view and the one bedroom units have a “garden” (parking lot) view. The pool is clean and it was easy to find an umbrella and chairs which was nice because this can be challenging at other resorts. Eagle beach is a 1 minute walk and the hotel has a designated area for guests with umbrella and chairs. The beach umbrella and chairs get reserved early in the AM so unlike the pool, finding a spot can be challenging. The pool bar was just okay. There is an Italian restaurant on site which was decent bit there are so many other restaurants within walking distance. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the lackof activities for kids. They have a “mini golf course” but it’s shabby and not worth playing. A ping pong table or something for teens would be nice. All in all though it’s a nice resort, rooms are clean, staff are friendly and helpful and the location is amazing."
