"This property no longer looks like what it does in the photos provided. We booked this hotel as it states all rooms have air condition, free wifi, full kitchen and breakfast.... We checked in and none of this was correct. The place is run down, almost looks like it has been abandoned - after we checked in, I tried to ask for room with AC as my friend suffers from a sleep condition so AC is required, we were then advised we need to pay extra $40 USD for rooms with AC. We were then advised that the kitchen is closed and that we have to be taken to town (we had to pay the driver $20) to drive us 5 mins down the road. Luckily we came across another resort behind the 3 Pigs restaurant called NASAMA RESORT - not only are they cheaper, they have all the amenities, amazing pool, secluded beach and their breakfast is amazing.... Stay there instead!"

"This hotel has many entertainment activities, such as golf competitions and morning hikes, which are all organized by the entertainment department employees. There is also a children's club for those with children, where employees teach children how to make local cookies, and there are also all kinds of recreational facilities. Breakfast was very rich. There is a resident singer in the evening. Awesome~ Will come again next time!"

"Fantastic Family Stay – Even Better Than We Remembered! We spent 5 wonderful nights at Iririki Island Resort and absolutely loved our time there. Although we went into town for lunch and dinner a few times, we mostly stayed on the island and soaked in the beautiful surroundings. The kayaking and snorkeling were a highlight, especially thanks to Etella and Teraa—these two went above and beyond to look after our family and made the experience memorable. The ocean view villa was spacious, airy, and perfect for watching the fish swim right by our deck. The breakfast buffet was excellent and included halal chicken options, which we really appreciated. The staff catered to our dietary needs and made sure alcohol was left out, which meant we could enjoy every meal without worry. Only downside: they didn’t accept Amex and charged a 3% surcharge on Visa/MasterCard, which, combined with international bank fees, added up. Although we had a discount from Trip.com, we couldn’t really take advantage of it due to these charges. Next time, we’ll prepay online instead of using the “pay at hotel” option. This was our second visit to Port Vila after 13 years, and both the city and Iririki were just as magical as we remembered. A special shoutout to Taste of India in town—absolutely fantastic food! Highly recommended for families, couples, and anyone looking to unwind in paradise."

"Waited 5 hours at the bar because the manager (apparently the only person who could check us in) was not there. Wifi did not work. When the manager did finally arrive he stopped to have lunch before checking us in. When we finally got our room we were told there was no hot water but could check in anyway. Once inside the dilapidated room we were disappointing to say the least, dirty, old, worn down, smelly, disgusting bathroom, toilet wasnt even attached to the floor.. By this stage we had missed an important appointment and were fed up so politely asked for change of rooms or a refund. No rooms so agreed to a refund and off we left to Warwick Le Lagoon which was the complete opposite experience. I never received the refund and was in email disagreement with the owners for months. Finally my bank did a charge back. Horrible service, they just do not care. Its a 2 star hotel, nothing like the pictures."
