"Facilities: I was extremely satisfied with the room layout, the mini-bar, and the bathroom fixtures (Hansgrohe). This was the most satisfying experience of my entire Spring Festival trip, bar none. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: The hotel's architecture and interior design, especially the lobby, were aesthetically pleasing, maximizing the comfort of dining. The in-room hot spring bath and outdoor hot spring pool provided relaxing time for both adults and children. Service: The most compelling reason to recommend this hotel is undoubtedly its service! This is more effective than any physical amenities in allowing travelers to unwind and relax. From the convenient check-in process and the warm smiles of the hotel staff, to the specially provided room key card, to the treasure box in the room (mouthwash, sewing kit, hand warmers, eye mask, earplugs, dental floss, moisturizing cream, sanitary napkins, disinfectant wipes, steam eye mask, iodine swabs), and the abundant variety of breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks... Everything revealed the hotel owner's enthusiasm and care 💖💖 Finally, at 2 AM on the second day of the ***** New Year, our family of three experienced extremely severe vomiting and diarrhea. (PS: Please do not buy ice cream or iced milk from the roadside shops in Niujie 🙅♀️🙅♀️🙅♀️) The hotel owner and his family provided tremendous help in the early morning and throughout the following day, making us feel the warmth of family again in this unfamiliar place. (PS: A feeling I've never experienced before on previous trips) 👨👩👦 Our whole family is extremely grateful 🙏🙏🙏. It's a pity we only stayed two nights this time; next time we go to Yunnan, Bantangli will definitely be our first choice! "We arrived at the hotel around 9:30 pm and checked into our first room around 10:00 pm. I rarely give negative reviews when I'm out and about, whether it's food or drinks, but this time, the experience was truly terrible. I've stayed in standard rooms and cabins before in Putuoquan. This time, seeing a special offer on tatami mats, I thought a resort hotel wouldn't be too bad, so I booked one. However, the tatami mats here weren't the same as in other hotels. They were just repurposed lounge rooms. Don't stay in a tatami mat with kids. It was truly terrible. It was in the attic, with a very narrow hallway. The room was tiny and cramped, and the soundproofing was terrible! I forgot to take a photo. The room felt terrible the moment I entered. There wasn't a single proper bed in the room. The room was square, with a table in the middle and two cushions against the walls on either side. They were incredibly hard, like a simple mattress on top of a cabinet! It was also very thin, pressed directly against the wall, and there were stains on the wall. The pillows also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke! Overall, the experience was truly terrible! We paid the difference and stayed in a standard room. The only service we enjoyed was being able to choose a standard room downstairs and having breakfast packed for my daughter to take back to her room the next day! The standard room was pleasant enough, but the bathroom light kept beeping all night, every 30 seconds or so, ruining a good night's rest for us, one child and one adult! We woke up around 11:00 AM, and when my child went to the pool, she was constantly urged to leave. My room was checked out at 11:30 AM, but my child played in the pool until after 2:00 PM and was constantly urged to leave or pay for another swim! Overall, this was the worst experience I've had at Putuo Springs! This was the first time I've encountered such a hotel. We checked in at 9:30 AM on August 26th and arrived at 10:00 AM, and were still being urged to leave the next day! Facilities: Generally not many child-friendly amenities Cleanliness: ok Environment: good Service: Some staff were very nice"

"I was originally going to Shaxi, but I passed through Niujie and saw that the hot springs there were very famous, so I decided to stay for a night. I didn't expect to find such a gem! This place is incredibly refined, exactly as pictured on the platform. As soon as we walked in, I told my friend we could take so many great photos. Every room has its own private hot spring pool, and the water is directly sourced natural hot spring water – you can even smell a faint硫磺 scent. This is the real deal! The owner was super enthusiastic and recommended a delicious donkey hotpot nearby. Absolutely fantastic!"

"The most delightful surprise of this trip was discovering this hot spring hotel that houses an art museum. The atmosphere was simply amazing, standing out among the many guesthouses and hotels. The dining options were impeccable: the breakfast selection was abundant, including Chinese and Western pastries and local set meals, and afternoon tea and late-night snacks were provided free of charge. You could stay at the hotel all day without worrying about food, without having to go out to find a restaurant. After a long day of walking around, my legs ached, but soaking in the warm hot spring instantly washed away all my fatigue. The hotel service was excellent; the rooms were equipped with everything you could possibly need, even lip balm and face masks. One particularly unexpected touch was a display with oranges and apples on the greenery, which guests could take and eat – a truly delightful surprise."

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and can’t recommend it highly enough! The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt incredibly comfortable from the moment I arrived. One of the highlights was definitely the stunning view – waking up to it each morning was simply unforgettable. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep after a long day. The thermal baths were another standout feature – truly relaxing, and a perfect way to unwind. We loved the Vip-bathhouse, so we could spend some qualitytime as a couple. As a cyclist, I especially appreciated that I could safely store my bike in the lobby without any hassle. That level of flexibility and understanding made a big difference for me. What really made this stay extraordinary, though, was the staff. They were unbelievably kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their warmth and professionalism created such a positive atmosphere throughout my stay.
