"Our tour chose this hotel, but honestly, it didn't meet my expectations. The room had NO air conditioning, so I had to sleep with the window open. The bathroom was minimalist, with no toiletries, just a liquid soap dispenser. There's a minibar with everything you need for a fee (even tea and coffee, which are usually free). We ate dinner here, and considering we're in Austria, I'm not exactly thrilled with their cuisine, but I found the breakfast to be truly superb and very well stocked. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The welcome cocktail and farewell pear grappa were appreciated."

"I arrived at the hotel as part of a coach group but had to stay on alone after my husband was admitted to hospital. The hotel prides itself on its friendly staff and they lived up to their word. The Receptionists helped me find taxis, scanned medical forms, provided cups of tea and advice. They managed to find a room for me as I needed to keep extending my stay. The restaurant staff were considerate of my circumstances, providing comfort food when I didn't feel like eating. This may not be the most expensive or grandest hotel in which I have stayed but it is the best. Thank you to all of the staff for helping to make a stressful and traumatic time more bearable. "
