Service was excellent overall. Special thanks to the receptionist Chen Long – he was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful with check-in, advice, and everything I needed. Perfect for solo travelers! 10/10. Highly recommend and would stay again!"

Ms. Wang Dan, who greeted us at the front desk on our first day, was incredibly kind and helpful, even assisting with our luggage and actively resolving any issues we encountered. The breakfast selection was also very extensive, and the Fengxian specialty, Emperor's Porridge, was delicious. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Fengxian."
