"We booked a superior double sea view room that was clearly stated to include both a bathtub and a balcony. However, upon check-in, we found that the room did not match what we had booked at all. When we raised this with reception, they informed us that balcony rooms are only available for four people. This restriction was never stated anywhere during booking, nor was it communicated when we confirmed our reservation via email, which felt quite misleading. To be fair, the staff did offer us an alternative room. However, we specifically chose and paid for this room because of the bathtub and balcony, so switching to a different type of room did not resolve the issue for us. Additionally, the bathtub in our room was not usable as it did not have a plug, which defeats the purpose of having a bathtub in the first place. The breakfast selection was limited and the taste did not meet expectations. The room lighting was also very dim, even during the day with the window open, making the space feel quite dull. Overall, the experience did not live up to what was advertised, and it was disappointing."

"I love this place as it is seems quite and about 500m from Fira city center and bus station. Prior to my arrival I was not informed by the hotel property regarding self check in service and I was lost for a little while, as the property that I book is Hillside Elegance but the outside door mentioned Hillsuites. I contacted property by WhatsApp and everything is settled after that. Room was cozy and cleaned daily. Breakfast is upon order by the property."
