"Checking in was a great experience, and the room was very nice, meeting all our needs. However, the swimming pool and hot tub were not ready; they had chlorine mixing and bugs in them. The staff was wonderful and very personable throughout the entire stay. Breakfast was a perfect 10 out of 10! The staff member working the breakfast on July 1st truly excelled. She greeted every customer as they entered, making them feel welcome. She was helpful when needed and ensured that the breakfast was fresh and plentiful. She even made more fresh and hot as they emptied."
