Could just be me and tech. So I dropped into the Frome hotel . To confirm. Where I met Cara on reception. Surfice to say Cara went above and beyond. Even telling me she would call me when things become clear. And she did. Seriously helped me out more than even I would ask for. Enough impressed ramblings , THANK YOU SO MUCH CARA."
