"The room's soundproofing was truly terrible. I could clearly hear the neighbors talking and playing music around 1 AM. I called the front desk four or five times to complain, but it was still very noisy. When I asked if I could change rooms, I was told they were fully booked. I doubt the platform can verify that, so I won't go into details. The front desk staff were extremely rude on the phone. It was a very small matter; if reminding other guests didn't help, they could have simply changed rooms. The hotel refused to address the issue and I could even hear them arguing on the phone. I don't know if they were arguing for me to hear. I really don't know what to say. I don't know how the hotel manages itself. They don't address problems. I then contacted the Ctrip platform, but the platform handled everything; no one from the hotel ever came forward. Even at checkout, the staff didn't offer a single word of apology. When I asked the hotel staff, they simply told me: "Just contact the platform." I originally planned to stay for two days, but the first day was so bad that I had to check out. If the hotel doesn't know how to handle customer complaints, I suggest Ctrip train them. What's the point of delaying checkout when you're already leaving? In short, this trip to Jingdezhen was a terrible experience. I'm back now. For those planning to stay, please be careful when choosing a hotel! !! (Also, don't bother with the hotel's special offers. The food isn't even covered; it's just left in the lobby. Desserts are very easy to contaminate with microorganisms. The cultural and creative clothing items are also pretty useless.
