"This place was breathtaking. Steve and Charmaine were amazing hosts and made us feel welcome immediately. My husband and I enjoyed the lovely spa bath in our room and we could take a few step and we were in that amazing pool. Every morning the breakfast were devine, so we could start the day. "We stayed at Whales Way twice on our trip - once in December and then on our way home. What a lovely place to stop over at. Benji and Annie (and Benji's father) go out of their way to make the stay very pleasant. The first room was the garden room at the back - nice garden view the road noise from the N2 was not too bad. The TV is not worth watching and wifi was a little weak at times. The stay in the loft room made up for the garden room stay. What an amazing view over the sea. Breakfast was amazing. Benji and his father together made it happen and it was delicious. All in all, a great overnight B&B or even if you are staying in Wilderness for a few days. Recommended."

"OMG !!! We had booked a sea view room and it did not disappoint. The view of the long beach & ocean is simply to die for, oh…….and the sound The hotel is fabulous. Bright, modern and lots of space, as is the room. The staff and service were absolutely first class, treated us as if we were the only couple staying. It’s ideally located perched right on the cliff edge and just a ten minute drive from Wilderness town. Wouldn’t hesitate recommending Views, thank you & well done to their great team of people."

"The room is perfectly clean, with new furniture, mattresses, and bedding. The reception staff is friendly and efficient in resolving any issues. However, I would like to address the room's design, which is very office-like. I believe that a brighter color scheme would make the room more inviting. Additionally, I feel sorry for your staff, as they are treated unfairly. The man outside is forced to stand on the porch all day to open the gate! Regardless of the weather, whether it is hot and sunny or cold and windy, he does not have a place to sit. Why don't you put him in a separate room where he can sit? And put a camera on the gate, so that when he sees a car approaching, he can open the gate. It's a simple solution! Doesn't the receptionist even have a chair? How is that possible? If she's tired or has swollen feet, how can she greet guests? It doesn't matter to the guest whether she's standing sitting. But it matters to her! Take better care of your staff, and they will return the favor! I really hope for positive changes in your hotel and for your employees!"

Really nice outdoor / pool area surrounded by trees and local bird life. Rooms spacious, clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend the Eden Adventures canoeing/ hiking activity and the "Girls on the Square" restaurant. The Map of Africa is also well worth a visit"

"When you first drive up to this hotel it doesn't look the greatest however, we were given a fabulous room with stunning Seaviews. The cleanliness of the room was the best I've seen in a long time, the shower was superb, and level of service was excellent.
