"My sister and I stayed at Hyatt Place Gothenburg during one of the hottest weekends of the year, and we had a fantastic experience. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around and explore the city. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. We also made good use of the bar facilities, which had a lovely atmosphere, and all of the staff we encountered were friendly, welcoming, and helpful at all times. A special mention goes to the receptionist, who took the time to ask about our plans while we were in Gothenburg. She suggested a few changes to our itinerary and recommended some local attractions we hadn’t considered. We followed her advice, and it genuinely made our trip even better—we had an excellent time and really appreciated her local knowledge. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would happily stay here again. I would definitely recommend Hyatt Place Gothenburg to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located hotel with excellent customer service."

"comfortable hostel to stay in, shared toilets (gender is not differentiated) are clean and well maintained. linens are provided and room/quilt was sufficiently warm during my stay in winter. downside is it’s quite a walk from the nearest tram stop and that there are no lifts so be prepared to carry your luggage up 2 flights of stairs. overall accommodation was cosy and i’ll come back! kitchen is well equipped with an oven, microwave, electric stove, cutleries and plates etc."
