"They were very accommodating of my dog, very courteous, and helpful. The room was nicely cleaned and beyond comfortable for my mom, her dog, and me. We were so close to the local restaurants, almost within walking distance. The free coffee downstairs was excellent; great to wake up to. And the beds were so comfortable, we did nothing but sleep, pretty much. Awesome staff and wonderful room make for a 5/5 for me!"

"This property was advertised as recently refurbished and under new management. Disappointed and disgusted; we arrived and immediately checked the mattresses. As one can see in the photos, these mattresses were ancient and had not been cleaned anywhere near recently. They showed signs of bed-bugs. I asked for another room and the desk agent insisted the mattresses were new and that they clean them monthly. He may have been told that, but obviously this cannot be the truth. He also said they had no other rooms and that I would need to request a refund and that he was not able since I had made the reservation on the Motel 6 app. He also refused to get me the customer service phone number. He was very adversarial from the moment I walked up to the desk."
